day 1: haridwar/ rishikesh/deradhun in uttarakhand to joshimath (take car/ bus)
day 2: joshimath to auli is 16 km and come back to joshimath
day 3: joshimath to haridwar/ rishikesh/ deradhun
this is the minimum days required, minimum budget will be 5500 rupees from haridwar per head.
you will get ropeway facility from joshimath to auli, which is main transportation system in winters, as roads get closed in heavy snowfall. ropeway takes 1000 per head and chairlift takes 500 per head.. rooms and food in auli is costly, so plan accordingly.. joshimath is comparably cheap if you have a limited budget..
