You mean when he completely abandons Bach's rich harmonies and goes for a ridiculously overused chord progression that sounds like it's taken straight out of contemporary pop music? I think it's safe to say you have absolutely zero idea what you're talking about.
I listened to this piece last night from you. This is (unfortunately) the first time I've EVER heard this song and OMG. The _feelings_ and _emotions_ it illicited! Nostalgia and sadness...and yet, I just couldn't stop replaying it. Today, I decided to listen to this again but couldn't remember the full name of the song. So I typed in your channel name *(''PianiCast'')* and what I could remember of the title ("Bach G"), hoping that this would be enough to bring up the video. And it did bring up several results! I clicked on one of the results assuming it was you because the thumbnail was similar. I quickly realized that it _WASN'T._ No disrespect intended for that other pianist, but the song just sounded...different as played by them. I could tell that it was the same song as it _did_ have the same melody, but the sound didn't "linger" in the air and reverberate the way _your_ playing did when you played this song. This OTHER pianist's version just didn't sound _magical_ and _wistful;_ it just sounded a little... _soulless._ (again, NO DISRESPECT intended to that player! They are obviously very talented.) It was just the way that other person played sounded very "staccato", like the keys were hot to the touch and they were rushing to lift up their fingers so as not to get burned. @ *PianiCast,* you've legit SPOILED me from listening to other pianists. The way you play is SO poignant and emotional. I could listen to you for HOURS. (And HAVE in the past). I hope you NEVER remove your songs from UA-cam. Thank you for sharing this beauty with us!
50을 바라보는 평범한 아줌마입니다 초등학교때 1~2학년때 잠깐 배우고 그당시 200만원 하는 피아노를 사주신 아버지... 결혼하고도 치지도 않는 피아노를 이사 다닐때마다 끌고다녔는데...쇼팽과 바흐 피아노곡에 푹 빠져 다시 피아노를 치기 시작했어요 갱년기 땜시 넘 힘든데...덕분에 갱년기도 버틸만합니다 이곡 시작한지 이틀.. 앞으로 이분 연주처럼 저도 될수있도록 노력하고 또 노력해볼랍니다
My God u just made my Day with this. Loved how u expressed yourself on the keys. This particular piece has been my favourite ever since piano tiles came out and the way u played gave total justice to the how the composer had meant for it to be played and heard.

When I first discovered this I used to think it was very hard to play but I managed it 2 months later. It is very fun to play. I still do mistakes here and there but I absolutely adore this piece
I found this song two days ago and have already mastered it, i don't know how. It took me roughly 30min to get the rhythm and then i knew the track. I think it has to do with the bassline being simple and quite alike to other songs i know. It is a great piece and props to you for learning the song :)
@@guslarser I was in my first year of self learning the piano when I discovered this piece. Pieces like this seemed a little hard back then. But you are right it definetly has a a certain pattern so its not really hard.
Thank you for sharing this beautiful music. Some pieces make me cry while remembering the days my grand parents were alive. I would play with my grandmother or I would listen to her with my grandfather. I feel so sad. Many years they died and my sorrow is still so deep. Music is so powerful. 이래서 난 바흐가 젤 좋다 평균율도 들어보면 시대를 앞서간 그의 곡은 지금200여년이 흐른 지금에 들어도 세련되고 기본틀 하나에서 변형과 추가로 곡을 써나가는 방식을 즐기는데 너무나도 천재같고 세련됬다 물론 리스트나 쇼팽 라흐마니노프 슈베르트등 여러 연주 스킬이나 빠른템포에서의 복잡한 작곡능력은 후세에 발전되면서 멋져지긴했지만 원초적으로 가장 클래식의 멋드러짐을 잘 보여주는 바하가 좋다

@@meen1101 C 코드 라고 치면 도 미 솔이고 C마이너 코드는 3번 음을 반음 내린 도 미플랫 솔 이런게 마이너 입니다.
대체로 메이저는 기쁜 느낌이면 마이너는 반대로 슬픈 느낌의 노래입니다. 그리고 smL 님 말도 맞습니다. 마이너가 단조 입니다.
minor(마이너)는 단조고 어두운 느낌이 듭니다 반대로 Major(메이저)는 장조라는 뜻이고 밝은 느낌이 듭니다
