It is not lightweight at all, it does not come in a storage box with a handle at all. It comes in a banged up box with no instructions on how to store everything in it
Rather than saying something like FIRST COMMENT I just wanna say that these guys deserve more views.
I received the transformer couch and I am not impressed with the cushions. Cannot compare to conventional couches like La-Z-Boy. The cushions came in a vacuum pack bag and even after a week, they did not fill out and remove the wrinkles in the fabric. Plus, it is so soft that when sat upon, the ends lift up (not like in the promotional video). the couch is so heavy too and the box does not come with a handle. Totally false advertising when the person carries the box with one arm :p I was told one couch weighs more than 70 lbs. There is no return policy on this item so I hope I can at least get the cushions replaced. I actually like the concept of the couch. I really wanted it to work but the comfort is sadly sacrificed.
I wasted my money on this Couch, $4000 spent and the cushions are awful, the 2nd set of covers are cheap and look it. I can't get the wrinkles out of the covers or the cushions, this new couch looks like it is worn out. so incredibly disappointed. Save your money and pick something better. After waiting for 7months for delivery I am told to wait another 2 months for a solution, ridiculous.
Did you contact the company ?Iam surprised because mine was very nice and everything was perfect with it .
@@user-cp1gd6dr4w sure did, still awaiting arrival of new cushions and covers 3 months and counting.
I contacted the company as well, some of the worst customer service I’ve ever had. My extra covers don’t even fit the couch they were manufactured too small. Can’t even remove the ones that came on it because of the string tied through the middle, triple knotted. It’s not a terrible couch once you get over the poor back cushions I feel they just need to be better dealing with the customers concerns.
I have one… there’s a string in the middle of the backrest cushions… it is a attached to the original fabric and doesn’t come off easy… it seems like it’s supposed to be kept on… this issue is not featured in the video and the couch does not come with a manual… please advise
I'm thinking of buying one... Do the cushions fill out? I heard it stays flat looking\wrinkly.
@@bcharlieee The back cushions are pretty lousy, they are not very dense or supportive for regular sitting. I’ve considered getting my own filler because of how weak they are. I’ve had no help from the company on any issues I’ve brought up. Very poor customer service, when I received my couch nobody I talked to even knew what I was talking about. FYI. If they improved the back cushions it would be a decent set up.
@@Bdog028 thanks a lot I really appreciate it! Doesn't sound worth the $600+ per section. Maybe in a few years after they've been around longer I'll try back. The concept is awesome, I really hope they improve!

After waiting for 6 months for my TT Team purchases (worth 1500$+) I wad told that they don't ship to my location. The reason I'm writhing here because it's been more than a month and a half since TT approved my refund and still haven't seen my money back! Will I ever get it...
