As I got this both to compare closer , I just got a winner at that time as well.
At first glance , Inno64 definitely win on more points.
Details , wheels fitment , price tag , display box , etc.

Ignoring about the Wheels out of fitment.. Tarmac is beautiful! Lot of tiny details.. both are AMAZING minis
Tarmac is okay , but considering the same price tag I recommend Inno better.
Better wheels fitment , better interior detail.
For the exterior both brands have their positive side.
Overall I still giving the win to Inno on this.

Tarmac is pretty detailed but NOWAY for those scruffy wheels.. It is completely out of fit. Beautiful Wheels but in a stupid position :( .
Sorry for commenting, but I agree with you, bro. Those wheels are kinda annoying for those who chase the accuracy and details.
