Thank you Cat, I needed to hear this today. My mood and energy have been fluctuating massively during the last few weeks & I’ve been feeling exhausted and doubtful, even with good rest. Been away from DM for 3 years in which time he’s rarely appeared in my dreams. These last few weeks he’s appeared 4 times, including last night. I claim that as a positive sign even tho’ he’s presented as indifferent. 🙏🏻

I have felt ill with congestion in my third eye and throat this week, wonder if it’s related to Ascension. I do know I’m already awakening others and I’ve been connected with 3 just this week to guide them. Incredible honor and responsibility but deeply fulfilling. 🤯 I’m exhausted-needing to take naps and I never have been a napper. Rest seems super important to me at this time, as I am literally working all the time leading others and still learning spiritual things myself. Thank you for the guidance, as always, Cat.

I have been having a lot of pain in my rt hip I did recently had surgery to remove a spinal stimulator and battery and the battery was on my rt hip I was in alot of pain because of previous surgery back surgery but thru strength training I have healed the pain I have been having phantom pain on my hip the past week ish I really hope it me shifting I have been speaking with my TF we have been in separation and all of a sudden we are hugging and talking 💓👄 again we slept together for first time last year in September so right when all of this energy shifting for TF and us hopefully having a reunion exactly a year from our separation I hope and pray that we Are coming to reunion he is all I have ever wanted I feel like iam falling so hard in finally really TRUE love 💕 Thank you for all ur TF downloads so truly appreciate you ❤❤❤❤

I have been experiencing dryness of my eyes, headaches, ringing in my ears, my heart beats fast, hotness on my cheeks, and most of the time I feel my hair is standing from my scalp... I dont what is it....even I don't have appetite to eat just I want some fresh fruits and fresh juice.. I can't sleep at night..
