    Followed a lot of Michael's world class advice and after turning 60 last week I ran a 200 in 30 seconds. Thanks coach!

    Sea-level worked for me even though Mike Johnson got away with his head back..lol

      Hey there is always an exception to the rule 😆. Mike Johnson was unorthodox in much of what he did as a sprinter.

    Great videos! When you say „kids“ from what age does it make sense to introduce them to sprinting technique?

      Thank you.
      It is never too early to teach the basics of good running mechanics. the simple, proper way to swing arms, how the knee should come forward. Make it basic math for them until the begin to get older, then you can become more complex. Always start with foundation.

    Hi coach, what about Michael Johnson and his posture too far foward??????

    • @coachwelly
      @coachwelly  4 роки тому +1

      There are always exceptions to the rules. MJ was a freak of nature. He was extremely Powerful and and could apply a crazy amount of force to the track. For most of us, we have to be taught how to properly run, to be able to have some decent times.
