@@Kicks001 I agree. Clark was the same way at Iowa. Basketball is a team sport and she knows it so she doesn't make it about herself. She was well coached at Iowa and by her parents.
Aliyah's a great teammate, very impressed by her demeanor and how she carries herself.

I'm really impressed with how classy Aliyah Boston has been in these press conferences. That's a woman I can support in the WNBA, not these bitter activists. She keeps it for real for real.
AB has always been that way since college. Really loving the chemistry between her and CC - a dynamic duo! 🔥🔥
They are great teammates. Aliyah interviewed Caitlin when CC was still at Iowa and AB was a rookie with the Fever. I think they played together in USA basketball. You could see the mutual respect they had for one another during the interview. They speculated whether CC would get drafted by the Fever, which did happen, as we now know.
Yeah that USA past is why I think a lot of us fans assumed they’d have more chemistry on court sooner than they did. I am glad they’re getting there now.
A fun fact, Clark said in that interview, “remains to be seen” , and when pressed about being in the three point all star contest yesterday her response was, “remains to be seen”

I don't really watch the games that much. I know Sides gets a lot of heat. But the way I see it this is her second year as a rookie coach, and she is progressing like her team. Has she made some bone headed calls, sure, but who doesn't. I'm really encouraged by her resilience and courage in the face of the negative pressure. She has taken a young team and brought them along. There is something to be said about that.
You could be right but if that continues and she keeps costing the team games even if they make the playoffs, I worry it will effect the teams ability to sign a big free agent or 2 and there are lot of them available after this season. Though also not sure how invested the owner is in the team and if he’s willing to spend big.

You are right. Sides is surely learning from Clark. Clark is now like a player-coach, not saying so, but doing it. For, Clark's court vision & hi Bball IQ are new to Sides. So, if Sides kind of stays out of the way & learns from Clark--who is working with & through other talented players--Sides can't help but improve as a coach

They need to bench any player that hogs the ball as well. Wallace is really good but she looks for her shot before looking to pass for a higher percentage shot. It gets frustrating to watch.

I hadn't watched a WNBA game since the Houston Comets. I've also never watched women NCAA basketball before last season. I watched 2 straight march madness tournaments, and I've either watched the entire or highlights of every game Indy has played this season.
It must be really hard to come from a great winning team in college to a losing team in the pros and still look at the positive. We love you Caitlin!
I hope these two girls value what they have been given in each other and create something special in Indiana. Too many promising young teams getting split up to chase easy success on super teams when they could do it the right way with each other.

Aliyah is really getting so much better at her post game interviews, she is more assertive, vocal and coming into her own personality. i also like her speaking clearly, as i am in my 70`s and appreciate that greatly.
She’s been a fantastic interviewee, which is why she’s been hired by espn as an commentator multiple times

It was great that this team did not do like some games not making points in the fourth. Boston may have hit more shots in this game than the past two games. Then having Hull play, for sure in the fourth quarter, help with the win. Then new player who name starts with a D was hitting her shots may all of her shots, that was awesome. More, Sides game decisions was better and the team having to play on the fly, for changing their defense while in play had the players having to work up schemes getting the right shots to the right person making points.
