Congrats on taking the north of Honshu Apollo, now only Hokkaido left and the entire North is yours.
Very quick tip though, the AI had built way too many samurai dojo (and a cannon range in Iwate as well). Those unit recruiting building don't yield any income or public order, and you dont need that many recruiting region in my opinion. So my advice is to demolish most of them and build others building. The best place to recruit unit is in Ugo, since it has a blacksmith, with help improving accuracy for gun units or melee attack and armour for traditional units.

I'm not gonna lie I have never, not once, watched a 45+ min video on UA-cam before. But I've watched every single video in this series and am so hyped whenever a new video comes out. Keep it up!!
Man, watching Apollo defending his castles like that reminds me of getting my 1 Yari Ashigaru unit and 1 Bow Ashigaru unit to link up with the Oda forces but was ambush by 3-4 yari ashigarus, a general or a cavalry unit and 2 bow ashigarus and I defeat that ambushing army and I probably still have that battle replay.
That last defense battle was awesome honestly thought you were skrewed 😂
After being on the defensive for soo long, am glad you're finally attacking other clans..one step closer to conquering all of japan!

I haven’t watched since the 3rd episode. I thought it was over. You were surrounded. Figured you’d start a different play through. But Apollo sir, you surprised me. And you came back from the brink of death to conquer the north. Well freakin done.
I would have lost the campaign after the 6th episode the fact you survived all these double armies is wild

It's spectacular how you turned things around after how disastrous the previous episode was, but you survived in the end; I like the strategic plan you plan to make now, conquering the North Island will give you a good economic rearguard, but take your time creating an acceptable number of ships (since it is common in Shogun 2 for enemy fleets to appear out of nowhere and sink your army without first crossing, but I doubt it with the distances in the strait). I already want to see how you will compose your new armies with the economic improvement, change the cheap lancers for Samurais and make more cavalry with Yari, it will allow you to be more effective in the charges in the end, but if you add more foreign troops, then you will be unstoppable in future.
Apollo, I just want to say great job with handling everything that has come at you. If it was me, I would of probably quit or lost! Aha I’m loving this campaign! Keep it going! I can’t wait for you to be dominant in the long run!
This episode was epic! Awesome to see the north taken and the last defence was amazing.
It’s been a long road to get to this point with plenty of times I thought the series was going to be cut short… but damn these next episodes are about to seriously entertaining.

some tips if your using a wooden cannons set side your general so they have plus 3% accuracy when firing
It'd be nice if when you kill x amount of troops the enemy back off for a turn or 2 then that way it'd give you breathing room, BUT also make it feel more realistic.
