2 Tbsp - Besan
2 Tbsp - Fine Suji
1 Medium Onion
3 Tbsp - Carrot
2 - Coriander Leaves
1/2 Cup - Water
1/2 Tsp - Salt
1/4 Tsp - Pepper Powder
1/4 Tsp - Turmeric Powder
1/4 Tsp - Ajwain
1 Pinch - Baking Soda
1/2 Tsp - Lemon Juice
For Tadka:-
1 Tsp - Oil
1/2 Tsp - Cumin
1 Green Chilli
1 Inch - Ginger
2 Garlic Cloves
1/2 Tsp - Cumin
5-6 Curry Leaves
Tbsp - Oil
