Kevin, you migh try a Tetter Hang Up , I have one I bought used a few years back it seem to help me when I have back flair ups epadro shots are temp. fix good luck with all try. I have been in the same boat. C F C
Man i wish i could get the spinal decompression awww man sounds like it hurts so good to me!!! years of riding in a boat amd a four wheeler have took a toll on my lower back im only 47 but my lower back feels like 77 lol I constamt pain all the time after a day of fishing can hardly get out bed next day i have to roll out !! getting old really hurts 😭 i feel ya kevin i dont blame u if i could afford it id have it done to
Good information and thanks for sharing we all need to now and take care of ourselves as outdoors man and woman cause we put a lot of wear and tear on the body then the normal folks. Good luck on your bass tournament.
