Okay, what he means though is that with both players playing optimally, Riven will win out. While Riven can't make a single big mistake, Jax has to rely on Riven making a big mistake to win out.

Riven has utility but not that much play vs a high IQ Thresh you won't do anything hard cc completelu fuck her and also marign of fails from enemy if they got hard cc riven is a shit. She isn't initiator or not real "bruiser" but she giną works in low elo also mid elo maybe till grandmaster later people are out playing her with draft picks.
I played hundreds of match up with riven she lose against anything that has hard cc or is definitely tank dmg .. It's being really the rarest pick to play as riven. No idea how about lmk riven is he still there, but sorry box box isn't special. He is good but why he doesn't go to kr server where ping is the lowest ever and helps to riven mechanics...
@@dogemoonelonbez-musk2540 Riven takes a while to fall off if you are as good as Box Box, and either way, that's mostly irrelevant to the point because Box Box is just talking about lane matchup.
I think you are missing the point when you say "Jax much behind can still win a trade VS her." The point is that Jax doesn't have the agency to do this. He relies on a mistake from the Riven according to Box Box. Box Box has gotten as high as grandmaster (and I think even challenger), so it's hard to say say that she doesn't work outside of mid to low elo, particularly since he isn't even the highest rated Riven one trick.
She doesn't lose against anything that has hard CC, and I don't know what you mean by "is definitely tank dmg." Riven is a rare pick because she requires a ton of practice to be as good as other champs. I don't know what you mean by "No idea about lmk riven is he still there, but sorry box box isn't special." As far going to Korea server, you need a korean social security to play on that server if I am not mistaken. I also doubt the ping would be that low if you were playing over seas, so he would have to pack up and leave his life behind for it. I don't see how that's worth.

It's actually pretty common, most people in legue don't even care or try to acknowledge their mistakes, and just blame on others. That's why most people get hard stuck on their elo

Sadly I think toplane is in a really strange situation right now with hullbreaker, you need to force figths so hard agaist anyone building that or you need to 2x1 side everytime, its a really annoying playstyle now.

Yeah... I play a lot of league, because I genuinely enjoy it, and I like to stream it in my discord when I'm chillin' with friends so they can rag on me for dumb plays and stuff (all in good fun).
Every time I have a bad game, though, or there's super toxic people in the game, or some unlucky stuff happens that causes us to lose, my friends are always like "How are you not tilted af right now??"
And it's like... "because iss a game. And I've been playing this game for like 7 years. If I got tilted about a single bad loss, or someone flaming or trolling, I wouldn't play this game." Their experiences with the community have just been so bad that they can't comprehend that I'm able to stay calm and shake things off before loading into another match. It's really kinda sad.
