VacuLINE - Vacuum Plasma Treater

Standard and customised vacuum plasma treatment systems. The Tantec VacuLINE Plasma Treater is designed to treat a wide variety of injection moulded parts. The machine is ideal for in-line production where no operator is required. The VacuLINE system offers very fast treatment times and optimum adhesion properties for downstream coating, bonding, painting and printing applications.
A vacuum of between 1 and 4 mbar is created in the treatment chamber before an electrical discharge is generated by the integrated plasma electrode. Treatment cycle times are often short, between 20-180 seconds, depending on the material and its formulation.
The VacuLINE plasma treatment system is valued for its ease of use, production reliability and fast process speed. Treatment gases such as argon and oxygen can be used, but in most cases this is not necessary due to the high power of the plasma discharge.
VacuLINE uses Tantec's advanced HV-X series power generator as the power supply and specially designed plasma transformers to provide voltage to the plasma electrodes.
