- Learn how to prep your base container to be used in a candy bouquet or gift basket. This base container prep method can be used for all occasions. Please keep in mind that the weight of your base should be wide and heavy enough to prevent tipping. If you find that your base is too light and keeps tipping you can use clean decorative rocks from the dollar store, candy, rice (in a covered bag), sand (clean in a sealed container), then place your paper/styrofoam above to cover.

I have been making my kids candy bouquets for the last few years, (gotta admit the 1st years was a lil rough looking lol) but I’ve been gradually getting better at it lol but now that I have seen ur videos & u showed me exactly how to do the tissue paper stuff I am really excited to get to work on this years Valentines candy bouquets! I was jus putting tissue paper down over the styrofoam to cover it & around the sticks but I really think this years r gonna look jus as nice as the ones the sale for 35$-50$ at the local flower shop! Thank u again, God bless u & happy Valentine’s Day to u & the ones u love! Lol never been so excited to get my hands burnt up with hot glue😂this is literally the 1st time I’ve ever commented on a video on here lol idk if I can but if I can I’ll share a pic with u of how mine turns out!

It was just a small plastic container from dollar tree. I’m not sure if they still carry them but you can use any base with the same concept.

Hello maam just wanted to ask that what type of sheet is used in the starting what is that heart type sheet or red paper called ? Waiting for your reply.
Crumbles paper I put inside of the container was just a baking sheet. you can also use regular printer paper that you crumble. The papers with the hearts are just tissue paper that I found in the dollar store.
