I've just come back from a trials ride on my EMTB. Chris has inspired me into a new way of riding. I'm spotting lines and executing them whilst learning many new techniques.
So awesome to see this! Just smashing my motor on every bigger log too ;) It would be nice to see the concrete suspension setup of Chris - how much compression, rebound etc.
Great video this and the large rock step, really got me thinking about blaming lack of over run adjustment on ep8. What do your bike wieght mines close to 30kg with coil rear ?
@Electric Mountain Bike Network jokes a side. I know Steve can handle it. I've seen Steve on some really nearly bike trails on the edge of cliffs, so following Chris is a walk in the park.
What assist setting is used for this? I'm usually riding the trail in 2 (of 5 on a Giant Trance E+) I'm thinking I'd need to try these in 4 or 5 to get that kind of front end pop
Chris Akrigg said in another video (on EMBN) that he mostly rides in trail mode to avoid the spin outs and is using relatively high gearing.. And going over the log in this video he was in eco...
A regular trials series with Chris would be amazing.
That would be so good! Thank you for suggestion. We love having Chris on the channel. 👍
I love the way it blows your mind as much as mine
@@embnplease do, we don’t see enough of him!
More Chris More Chris More Chris!!!!!
Glad you enjoyed! We'd love to have Chris back on! 👍
How Chris does not get more recognition for his talent amazes me nobody else out there doing what he does
I love Jones'ssss and Kris dynamic.

This is the best. Real trail riding obstacles that I need to master. Thank you!

Just love watching Chris he is the GOAT, more please. Is technique is fairly decent lol
Hey Stephen! We're stoked to see you loved this video! It'll be great to Chris back on the channel. 👍
More!
The way they throw these heavy e-bikes round is mental
Brilliant
Great video, wish I was a mile behind his ability, we can hope and keep trying….and enjoying.

Steve certainly had his work cut out! 😂

Is that like praying?
Chris teaches no negativity, he can not teach if you are negative to try clear a section.

I wonder if they will produce a competition eTrails bike. 20inch wheels, hard tail and 350wh battery?
I just learned all the techniques I'll never be able to apply.
Not with that attitude
Hopefully one day! We've made loads of videos to help you learn new skills. They're well worth checking out. 👍
The trick is rewind back to when you were 18 and when you fall, you'll be good as new in no time.
ya ant easy hoping 2017 ht levo around ..but i try
"that is so hard"
"yes, if you do it with two wheels. but with one wheel its that easy"
First!

🥇🙌
Is there any way to ride technical trail features WITHOUT Chris Akrigg?
What?
