🌸What is a Spoonie?
Someone with a chronic condition. Spoons are how we explain the amount of energy it takes to accomplish any (even simple) tasks.
🌸What is a Zebra?
Someone with a rare or undiagnosed condition (or both in my case). Th term comes from in medical school they tell students “When you hear hoofbeats, don't look for zebras" Meaning look for the obvious conclusion. Zebras are exceptions to the rule and constantly Undiagnosed or misdiagnosed because no one thinks to look for the rare conditions.

I love lots of different ice cream flavors, but anything with chocolate and nuts would be my absolute favorites. I love Banana Split Corgi....soooo cute indeed. ❤

Totally agree the clearance is smaller. Especially since last year when they cut an entire side of an aisle down so there was so much.

My local Hobby Lobby doesn't have much on clearance at all. Such a bummer. You grabbed some great deals! I love the banana split sundae corgi! Very cute! I love Ben and Jerry's Chunky Monkey ice cream. I also like good old, plain chocolate. 😊

Also, I wanted to tell u I fell in love with the spinesse yarn last year when I made my granddaughter a vintage looking pillow cover in ivory. It came out beautiful! So I went and got some in colors when I saw it was on clearance. I have plans to make tops and shawls/wraps bc it has gorgeous drape! Love seeing your corgis too. You always have cute ideas!❤

I'm so jealous your comfy classic was marked down 75% off... although I probably would've gone a little too crazy if they'd been only $.99 at my store 😂 the spinesse in red is GORGEOUS! I almost got some. I couldn't come up with a project for it, so decided to leave it for the next person. You already know I love banana split corgi 😉 And chocolate ice cream is the way to go!

Love seeing all of the yarns and footage! My HL wasn’t running clearance yet. The employee I spoke to said they thought a “couple weeks” - during which, of course, I’ll be in the hospital for the last (hopefully) big round of treatment & then surgery, lol. NOT that I NEED any more yarn, but… 😉. I like the “what did mom put in cart” series! Did your dad do that, too? I can’t wait to see your projects!

Yes, I clap all the time. It’s a brain trick. I clap to 1) give me an extra second or two to think what I need to say (and to make it easier to edit) 2) tells my brain “you’re on!” and I can kinda think. Sorry if it’s distracting but that’s just how I work.
