Not too dizzy with this review - thank you, TopNotch! LOL. On another note (OAN) - I think Tariq has the potential to turn Effie into his biggest weapon yet. She’s seeking redemption, which makes her vulnerable and a prime candidate to be manipulated by Tariq. He needs to play her game and warm up to her. Preten like he's on her side and that he has nobody else to turn to. Start warming up to her and keeping one eye open and one eye closed. Then using her to off one of his biggest enemies - Kane - and then he finally off's her snake ass.
He definitely can utilize her as an inside person, would be the smartest thing for him to do at this point

I think Effie and her confused feelings are normal, when she teamed up with Noma and revealed about her daughter, that was on some emotional payback since she was hurt about what was said at the jail about making it on her own. Later when she calmed down and realized man I do love him, she tried to subconsciously right her wrong and help him. But overall shes a by any means possible. By any means she is going to get money, revenge, love, grad school etc. she’s actually normal. Most ppl look out for themselves and get theirs by any means.
Brayden taking her out would be crazy because she done nothing but doubt him say he ain’t built for it and in the moment she might try punk him not even realizing it’s already over and his first major body would be Effie.
Cane is figure out that Effie texted Tariq that Cane was gonna unalive Tariq because Tariq got Lauren to recant and gotta Effie outta prison. I hope Effie don't see it coming and Lauren unalive Effie.

Effie put it together that Dru and Diana set Tariq up. That is why she texted Tariq. Go back and look at the opening scene. Diana gives Dru a look after Cane says I’m going to kill Tariq and Effie (off camera) would have had them in her view.
I thought Cane would kill Effie, but it could be vice versa especially if he has a relationship with Noma. Effie is not acting very smart. If she cares so much for Tariq why was she willing to watch him die in the warehouse? She is playing with fire playing both sides. But if the actress doesn’t like the ending maybe she didn’t die bc what else did she deserve?
Effie is literally the female version of Tariq. He set up Kanan to save his family and she set up Tariq to save her(she has no family) if yall want Effie to die for all the snake shit that she did, then Tariq definitely deserves to get his water cut off the end of this season.
