Which level do you like best? I play interstellar on piano in 3 levels of difficulty: easy, medium, and hard. This music gives me chills every time, Hans Zimmer is a god of a composer, Christopher Nolan is a genius.

"Spirit, do not go gentle, into that good night." That was one of the last senteces spoken to the spirit rover on mars.
Yes and it is also a poem and was quote by Alan Watts. I think it may be an altered sound bite from that lecture.
@@ivanguthrie0420 The soundbite is from the movie, it’s Michael Caine saying it. “Do not go gentle into that good night” is a poem written by Dylan Thomas, first published in the early 1950s
@@artificiallyunintelligent4537 yeah it goes like..
"Do not go gentle into that goodnight
Old age should burn and rave at close of day
Rage rage against the dying of light"
@kvvR rage rage against the dying of the light
Rage! RAGE!
Dude the interstellar song just makes me burst into tears so powerful

Definitely my favorite movie and second favorite movie score 👍

my first favorite soundtrack is Dunkirk, my second favorite is Interstellar, and my third favorite is Inception. Hans Zimmer is amazing
Wherever I am I will always stop what I'm doing and listen. Gives me chills.. Composed by the legend of our time Hans Zimmer
I fell in love with Zimmer's work when i first watch ed the dark knight
Of course!
Better than beethoven
"I'm not afraid of death, I'm afraid of time," So underrated sentence
All physicists and scientists are
@@caiden6969 true
Its without meaning...... If you are not afraid of Death, why would you be afraid of Time.
When you die, time is no longer in same categories and past, present and future is together in one.....
@@goshu7009I'm assuming it could be referring to not making a difference before you're out of time/death. Or doing anything useful in the world before your time comes.
Time is not to be feared. Not reaching time's greatest potential is what is to be feared. Time is the same for everyone. Remember, your minute is the same as Steve Job's minute, is the same as Jane Goodall's minute, is the same as Socrates' minute, is the same as Charles Darwin's minute, is the same as Mozart's minute. Your hopes, dreams, and ideas do not matter if not put into action. If you die without acheiving your dreams, but you used your time to its greatest potential, you can rest knowing you tried your best. Rule number one is no excuses.
This short cost us 51 years.
No, if you do the math correctly it didn’t cost us 51, it cost us, actually 7 years. 2014 the song released and UA-cam shorts came out in 2020. The channel posted this in 2021. 4+7=11. 2014+7=2021. Do the math.

Hanz Zimmer who made this masterpiece is genius
Hanz Zimmer is a fraud. He hired people to write most of it

HOW DID THIS MOVIE NOT GET AN OSCAR
It did, for visual effects.
It did lmao
NO FOR THE MUSIC
Yes
Actually it did tho
Idk why but this song always makes me cry. It’s just so pretty.
Dude with all due respect to the artist but he just played different parts of the medley… so he didn’t really change anything to make the piece easier or harder… he just played the slower parts first and progressively got to the faster parts. Still love it though. The piece gives me chills every time I listen to it✊🏽

The soundtrack bring me back to the emotional feelings from this film .. even at the same time i realize that this is just a film .. when cooper left his daughter and tell her that he doesn't know when he will comeback again to the earth
Interstellar had such a beautiful soundtrack
This guy gets it, he put "chills" on his arm and I know what he means. I think that is one of THE GREATEST things about music. Is that music can actually have physical reactions on you, if you've ever heard a piece of music or a song that literally gave you goose bumps Everytime you hear it, then you know what I mean. When music makes you neither happy nor sad but instead just makes chills run up your arms, THAT is the best.
I get that when i watch some movie scenes but never in music
@@melvinkarlsson7975 I have gotten that from movies as well. But there is some music that have actually given me chills or "goose bumbs" . Its mainly songs that either have lyrics that have some personal meaning to me or songs whos music is so hauntingly beautiful that you cant help but feel something from it.
Okay.
Yes but I do feel that spiritual awakening
Gives me joy and sorrow at the same time. Mostly joy and goosebumps. Yall should listen to eternal eclipse the album forgotten odes
I actually looked up what that feeling/experience is called after listening to this song several times. It is called FRISSON. "(French for "shiver"), also known as aesthetic chills or musical chills is a psychophysiological response to rewarding auditory and/or visual stimuli that often induces a pleasurable or otherwise positively-valenced affective state (skin tingling or chills), sometimes along with piloerection (goose bumps) and mydriasis (pupil dilation). The sensation commonly occurs as a mildly to moderately pleasurable emotional response to music with skin tingling; goosebumps and pupil dilation (not necessarily occurring in all cases)."
Imagine making such an amazing song, that even when it’s stripped down to its roots, to its simplest form, it remains one of the most beautiful things ever created.
Ugh this brings back memories from the movie. It was so beautiful and so is the music 😌🌙
What movie
@@black.hat.hacker it's in the title, Interstellar
"Do Not Go Gentle Into That Good Night" one of the best quote ever heard man. the song is filled with emotion and emptiness
Personally I finding the hauntingly beautiful simplicity of version one (and similar versions such as Ibi's cover) much more impactful, the busier versions lose the haunting sparseness that conveys the emotion in quotes from the movie such as "do not go gentle"
This song defines nostalgia the best.
Something about this song always makes me so emotional, I guess it's just the beauty of music...
As someone with just a few hours playing piano, learning how to play that easy version felt so cool. I always play it as a warm up now
One of the best movies of all time
Who said you need a superfast space craft to travel across the universe??
This song is just as enough.....
'Do not go gentle in to that good night
Old age should burn and rave at close of day
Rage, rage against the dying of the light"
“Rage, rage into the dying of the light.”
This is what makes me remember interstellar
Also the mass effect 3 leaving earth is a hit in the feels
this is patrick pietschmanns rendition of it i bought it and learned it all at 16 after playing piano for 14 years, and i stg it is the most impressive piece ive ever learned ive cried multiple times playing it is so powerful
Beautiful could I hear all of the versions to the end. Specially the intense one I love it!! It opens up your mind and it's a sense of peace and tranquility idk it's un explainable I just feel it deep inside my soul. It moves me and heals me. But also with a hint of sorrow and pain and forgiveness.
I literally almost cried during Interstellar. “Do not go gentle into that good night.” 😢
Level 4: Playing in a wormhole 💀
Level 5: Enter the four-dimensional space to play ☠️
Interstellar is one of the only movies that still gives me chills every time I watch it -- greatest film of all time, in my opinion
This has really shown me how good I have gotten at piano in 8 months
Fun fact: Christopher Nolan asked Hans to write music that he felt expressed what it meant to be a father and then when he heard what Hans wrote, he decided to make interstellar
This is not true lol
Damn
Not true one bit! Nolan optioned a script and decided to team up with Kip Thorne!
To the ones who disagree, Hans Zimmer created the Interstellar soundtracks before Nolan even had any ideas for interstellar. He began making the script for it while listening to it to give him inspirations.
@@mosest20maybe the Interstellar theme main theme but not the soundtrack
why did chills appear on my arm in the first place? cmw very good
Ngl, my boy went crazy on hard mode.
Its pretty damn easy to play the “hard” version
For some reason, I want to cry when I hear this music. I heard this music in the movie Interstellar, it was a great movie😭😢
I love Hanz Zimmer, like really, this is a beautiful piece
Yk you love music when you get chills while playing it, when you reach that point, it's magical

Idk why it fits so perfect with this song and the movie.

We need Full version
Look up patrik pietchmann interstellar piano cover. Thats where he got the arrangement for this song
Imagine looking at the sky while listening to this song the way he played it, for me everything would fall apart and i’d feel relaxed like floating in space
I haven't cried in a year. This song makes me tear up.
I’m very interested in this song as it is said to move your vibration level. Which is why a lot of people are moved by this song or feel chills. It may make no sense to you but to me that means a lot. I need to see your fingers . Can’t learn by note. Every time I listen to this part I get to caught up in the music to zone in to your right hand.lol which is a total compliment! Lol
*"DON'T LEMME LEAVE MURPH 😭😭"*

“You were my ghost..”

Honestly, Interstellar was such a good movie, one of the only 10/10s in my opinion. The music completely enhances your emotion as you go through the movie, capable of tear-bearing.
I’m doing this song for a piano recital it literally gives me chills every time ❤️😱
Please make full version 💖💯
You know what, I was just searching for a modified version of Interstellar theme music and saw this video! The music that I imagined in my dreams was just the same as hard mode! Hats off to this guy❤
Only pianists know that this is actually pretty easy to play lmao.

Can you make a full version of the hard kind that sounds so pretty 🤩
its a part from patrik pietschmanns cover. Check it out the whole thing is a piece of art. I spent the last 6 months learning it
Do not go gentle into that good night,
Old age should burn and rave at close of day;
Rage, rage against the dying of the light.
Though wise men at their end know dark is right,
Because their words had forked no lightning they
Do not go gentle into that good night.
Good men, the last wave by, crying how bright
Their frail deeds might have danced in a green bay,
Rage, rage against the dying of the light.
Wild men who caught and sang the sun in flight,
And learn, too late, they grieved it on its way,
Do not go gentle into that good night.
Grave men, near death, who see with blinding sight
Blind eyes could blaze like meteors and be gay,
Rage, rage against the dying of the light.
And you, my father, there on that sad height,
Curse, bless, me now with your fierce tears, I pray.
Do not go gentle into that good night.
Rage, rage against the dying of the light.
I want to learn this so bad but my motivation depletes so easily, but this video brought me back up!! Thanks!
I wanna learn piano just to play Hans Zimmer songs.
The stay scene made me cry😭😭😭
This is so beautiful, it gave me goosebumps
The fact that the hard on looks easy gives me a moment to appreciate how far I’ve come on the piano in last fifteen ish years it has been a part of my life. All of it is still beautiful though and music doesn’t need to be technically advanced to be emotionally impactful.

This made me inspired to learn piano😊
easy sounds good and powerful enough to give goosebumps. Not everything complicated is great.

"Because my dad promised me" hits hard
The easy part is probably something that you'd play if you want to play emotionally, like no fancy movements just feels.
very very good! I love this piano piece.
The beauty of music is that something with such a simple rhythm that you could hum easily without too much thinking like interstellar can be just as beautiful as something as complex as fantaisie impromptu...
Oh you, who reads this... Remember, space is beautifully mind blowing. Science or any other fields of exploration or even commerce go awfully well with music. Also remember, you and i are NOTHING without music, so if there's anything you should praise more than everything, it's music.
That gives chills, yeah
You play beautifully.Keep on keeping on with your gift.
"DONT LET ME LEAVE MURPH!"
