My name is Marty, and I'm beyond lost my friend. I'm a 21-year-old Canadian in my 3rd year of university and I currently have almost a year of professional experience at an accounting firm. Unfortunately, I was "fired" because I took too long to do tasks. This wrecked my confidence but I'm not going to give up. Just got another job at a venture capitalist firm and hoping I can do a better job there. It's hard to balance school work, my extra-curriculars, and a job, but I will make it happen! And so will you! Don't give up Juan and just keep going. Even older folks feel lost, so in the meantime I guess we should become comfortable with being uncomfortable and try as many new things as we can. Take care bud!

To everyone who's studying with this music: Checklist: • A bottle of water, at least 1 liter. Your brain works better if it has enough water and drinking helps you to concentrate💧 • Your charger. You sometimes don't even notice that your device's battery is going down, so better have it plugged in all the time🔋 • Your headphones. You will be able to focus more with headphones, because it blocks background noises. Also, if it's a late night study session, you won't wake up anyone🎧 • a tea or coffee. Coffee keeps you awake, green or black tea can make you feel more awake as well.☕ • Your study/work stuff: your laptop/tablet/phone , a few pens, paper or whatever you need.⌨ •Anything else you could need, what about a heat pad, a blanket, a good lamp, your pet so you have a study buddy 🐈 Reminder : After an hour, you should stand up and walk a bit around. Better stop the music or put on different music for the break. Open your window, even if it's cold outside. Fresh air will make it better, trust me. You could also lay your head down on your desk for ten minutes and listen to a podcast. Or, if you have to read a book, listen to the audiobook of it. You can also listen to the audiobook while doing another thing, that's even better than listening to music while reading the book. I hope y'all had a good day, if not, that's okay too. ❤ Dont worry about having to present to the class. Theyre too nervous for their own presentation, and the people who already went are too focused on if they think they did good enough. Nobody will remember YOUR project.
❤ Dont worry about that exam. If you’re that anxious that it won’t go good, then make sure you study well. Dont just read the answers out, but make flashcards. or cover the answers and see if you can memorize them.
❤ You dont have to stress about the kids who are giving you a hard time. Ik you probably hear this a lot, but its most likely because they are insecure (this is coming from someone who used to bully people). Sure, its not an excuse for them being rude, but at least its nothing personal. I just want to let you know that you don’t deserve to be bullied in any way. You are amazing ❤
❤ You shouldn’t waste your time caring about what that horrible teacher thinks. I’ve had a lot of bad teachers in my time. I’ve been gaslit by teachers, had teachers compare me to my siblings (negatively) in front of the class. Ive had teachers yell at me because of the people who i was friends with. And trust me. They are not worth being angry at, and they are certainly not worth your stress. If they cant see how much of a fcking legend you are, then why let their opinion break you down?
❤ One last thing: Its normal to feel anxiety. Its normal to be stressed. Its normal to feel like shit sometimes. Its normal to just want to give up on everything some days. You are not crazy or weird for having emotions and feelings.
❤ However if its really dragging you down, and with every passing day, it becomes more and more unbearable. Meditate. Go outside. Hang out with people you love. Take a walk. I personally like to bring a sketchbook to the park, and draw whatever stands out to me. where it be a person, or a piece of trash in the grass. just try to sit back and relax for a second. and once your ready, try to take control of those negative emotions before they start to control you.

Hi my name is nick, and ive been out. Like i feel out of this world. Like when i mean that i dont feel like everyone else. I feel different, isolated, dissatisfied. I dont feel like im normal. Which makes me feel lost and imagine what routes in life i could've tooken to not be in this mindset where i feel like i am not home.
It kinda sucks i feel this way, but at the same time while feeling lost i am at peace. Like feeling lost isn't a bad thing. Like when i play games or maybe even sit outside dislocated from media i feel like i can breathe and be alive. Music helps when i feel lost, i know im never alone as other people feel the same way. I'm happy but i am lost with peace and mind at the moment.

As I ask her the same question she asked me earlier, she looks down at her hands which are placed on her lap which are crossed. She takes a deep breath, looks at me, and says "Well, to be honest, I lost my mum little brother and my dad in a car crash a few days ago, and now I live with my grandmother. I just left a funeral and wanted to chill here under this tree but it seems that you beat me to it."
I look at her with sorrow, tears streaming down my always dry face now becoming watered which hasn't been watered in years. My first time crying in a ver very long time.
I say to her words of encouragement and she smiles once again which for some reason, makes my heart skip a beat and she falls back lying on the soft neatly trimmed grass to cloud gaze.
I join her.

@@lucysimmonds3009 when did politics make sense for Art? I lived in Russia, because it's was just a fate, and why now we confuse people and politics? I'm concerned about children who will be borned here and will listen to all this propaganda from every sides, and if even people - just like them - even in arts - will speak agressive about place where they're living, about them - what will they have to think about? Art is an one of a few strongholds that could keep people in touch with each other outside of politics, I think so
I know you are facing uncertainties, but that is life, would it be interesting if everything was certain? Surely not. So shower in the rain🌧of mystery and allow life to unfold as it wills.
