As of September 2016 you go to *Settings -> Sounds and vibration -> Notification sounds*.
I couldn't find it through this video another a guy's vid from the UK. Happy I found this myself as it was getting annoying.

just info : if you dont find media or notifications folder,you can make that folder and move them and now you can change the ringtone to your favourite ringtone : )

Dude thank you so much.I'm an auxiliary firefighter and only the squad and battalion leaders get dispatcher devices.So most of us rely on their phones when we need to rush to an emergency and I finally got to install a specific ringtone for when I get the automatic text message for an emergency.The ringtone is the instrumental theme of "Power Rangers: Lightspeed Rescue" lol.Have a nice day!

for those who cant see media folder ! - Go to device storage make a folder name it media then in media make a folder audio then in audio folder make a folder notification n pase ur ringtone in notification folder ! it works 💝💝
