Solid bullshit fam it takes me 20 mins to run a mile, hold a plank for 3 mins, 50 Pacers and 50 sit ups so step up your game or are you dead from the stupendous amount of energy being produced and used, by that time you will faint within 2 hours assuming your trying your hardest (which you should be if your working out) I'm also 11
