Ought to try making your own nail tip extensions using the dual form tips out of your preferred gel products.
I've been using the dual form tips to make my own tips for extensions because I can make them as super short as I wish. When needed I then proceed to do infills as necessary with a max of 3 infills for each set.
Edit to add- the tips made with the dual form tips are quite thin and as a result are ONLY A BASE SURFACE for doing nail extensions-> much like how mass manufactured tips that you used in this video are simply a base for "sculpting" a nail for the structural portions of nail extensions but you can customize how short you want the length of the nail to be as well as making a rough shaping for short oval, short square and with filing, short coffin/ballerina or short almond.
