Hello, I noticed that in the Boya's Room Test of this video there are something like wind noise. Is it wind noise or a kind of interference? How is Boya PVM3000 self-noise in practice? And what about radio interference? Another last question: Is the Boya's PVM3000 signal really strong to plug it direct to my DSLR using as little as possible the camera's preamp? Thanks a lot.
Its a combination of self noise + room tone. I have a aircon running and my lights do emit a little sound. Also I have a window on one side dampened by windows but still low level hums or loud sound will still enter. In practice, unless you are in a treated room like mine it probably wont be distracting. RF, I never really encounter it during my usage. Cant comment on it. In terms of Gain wise, i think you can plug it into the dslr with a battery but it wont be optimal. Considering its gain needs are higher then even the NTG4+ while using P48 (which is one of the higher gain needed for a shotguns) you wont get really clean output but once again, for practical reasons unless you are doing an interview in a treated area it doest quite matter. Just to note my recording are usually done at -16 to -6db and and my room noise depending on mic sits around -60 to -50db . For all practical purpose, a quiet untreated room will be around -45 for my place and outdoors vary wildly unless you are in a totally quite forest. In this video the BOYA is at -16 to -8db for my voice and during the room tone test, its around -49db while the ntg4+ is around -52db. Most high end mics sit around -55 for my room.

@@leonardobuggy7834 I didnt use the above before but Im sure the sennheiser will work better. By basis of being significantly more expensive, at least for mics, i never seen one which is twice or 3 x the price in this case working lesser.

I have the boya by-mm1 shotgun mic and I love it. I went to upgrade it to the Rode videomicro shotgun mic and I preferred the boya so I sent the Rode.
boya mic is quite value for money.
