Great content and solid information but you’ve to add more details e.g you’ve to pass your NMA - Norwegian Maritime Authority Medical Examination with their approved medical doctors depending on your country , You’ve to upload a police report or criminal background check and all this you’ve to pass before you can get the LOE, you’ve to complete all the IMO Mandatory Trainings to enable you work on board, you’ve to also get a seaman’s Book. It’s honestly a long process if you’re new to the cruise industry. If you don’t provide a seaman’s book during the interview for the C1/D visa you will be rejected cause it shows you ain’t qualified to work on board even if Carnival gives you the Job offer and the LOE
For Kenyans we don't need all that, but this is great information 👍

Hi i apply galley attendant i was completed hirevue video recorde questions and recruiter interview also done on feb 2024 but i got mail right now they mentioned dont have immediate openings for offer me as of now my status was talant pool what is the meaning for talant pool and any idea for how long its take time.
They mean incase they open the position, they will consider you first

It's been about 3 weeks now and i havent received my LOE plus i can no longer see the guide videos what does this means but my status still saying onboarding my passport was just validated last Thursday but my concern is the video guide that i can no longer see

The guide videos will open automatically dont stress.. your status onboarding is great progress..loe will come through keep uploading medical and relax. Try also logging in team hub with your crew id.

It took exactly 10 days after accepting the offer letter
