On FM unemployed mode is good if you start with a low reputation your getting jobs in non league and in lower divisions I started with Lincoln Red imps and became a very good manager I'm currently at Sevilla B the reserve team they have no money to sign players but give us 1st teamers in some matches. I'm also England manager
How many leagues did you add before starting?

Yeah currently in my create a club career as my home town , 5th season and seeing the same managers is soooo boring , wish there was a way to switch up managers if they ended getting sacked for finishing poorly , man united finished 14th ! Still kept with the coach , it’s such a shame they milk ultimate team , could honestly do way more than what we’ve currently got , I have so many ideas what I’d like and I’m sure I aren’t the only person , just wished they actually had the desire to make career a lot better than it actually is , still love it tho)
If you have fc 24 on pc you can download mods and make stuff more realistic and heavily improve on career mode and actually make it fun

In old fifa games, like really old I believe fifa 05 was the last one I remember, you actually could not just take a job in career mode with a top team, you had to start in a lower division and work up your reputation. At the very least EA should make that a feature again, or a selectable feature.
