I have both. Go for the s. You save money and have a good quality. If money does not matter then definitely the x. Both are great machines. But you need gamepass that is a must to enjoy it at full. You will not regret.

I'll probably get the £250 500GB Series S, but only because it's cheap and I'll be able to play my old games in slightly higher resolution. With the billions of dollars at Microsoft's disposal, they're useless at getting AAA exclusives people actually want to play. How can such a wealthy organisation be run so badly?

Buy Storage. The X has 1 TB while the S only has 500 GB.
