From a technical point a view , I think Mariah runs have been lightning fast since after her prime because of her new vocal placement ! To reached her high belts she seems to tend to a more heady mix / more nasal sound! And while it does lighten her voice and make it less resonant than in her past years, it does allow her to be more fluid and to riffs more and faster ! Legend !
