I can see why the appeal of that though. I think you expect that though, you have to be willing to repay the favour. I've a friend who had the opposite problem: Her boyfriend wouldn't let her pay for anything, even though she wanted to. People have different expectations depending on their lives, you know.

We ordered from Abshar Persian restaurant in south Croydon... £29 of food (two meals, and some fresh bread) but only the fresh bread was delivered (£1.70). The delivery driver laughed it off and said it must be the restaurant. We called Just Eat and were offered a £20 refund for the missing £27 of food
We called just eat and spent an hour on the phone trying to resolve the issue. Just eat refused to share the name of the delivery company, or their company number, or the company number of just eat
