Thanks! The process is a lot easier for these than for most of the minis I've painted in the past, but there'll be more painting videos coming, so you can see what I mean.
omfg man this is so siiiick! I recently bought and extended my Scythe board game with a 3rd party set of IMEX 1/72 Pilgrims and trying to find an appropriate square shaped base for it, but I cant find one that it 5mmx5mm or 10mmx10mm base for it anywhere :/ so probably have to be more creative about that and craft it up myself... but I'm definitely willing to paint my mechs and characters like how you've done! awesome job man! keep up bringing a lot more miniature painting vids! 👌🏻🔥
I used a flat grey primer from the hardware store. I think it was a rust blocker or something, but I use it because the finish is super matte, which is great for paint adherence.
I love this! Please do more painting videos
I just got Scythe today, these paint jobs look amazing, totally going to try and copy your hard work.
This is super cool. The process is neat to watch since I'm used to just seeing the end product. Well done!

Very nice video. I just ordered the game myself so this video was not only helpful but amazing to watch.

Put ASMR in the title of these videos and watch the views skyrocket. ;D
You have a ring made out of metorite? Looks similar to one that David Windestal did. @dadde87
It's just tungsten, but maybe I'll tell everyone it's from a meteorite from now on. ;)
What did you use to prime the model?
