- Hi guys! It’s a long one today! You may want to settle in and grab a drink or a snack 😉 I did edit out almost an hour of footage but hey.. this is 6 months worth of perfume purchases so it still ended up being quite long!

Yes I found it after looking for a few months, on a Canadian website for $39.99 (which I thought was pretty good seeing how it was so hard to get ahold of!) I definitely want to give it another try before getting rid of it because even though I didn’t enjoy it, it may just have been the mood I was in that day! 🤷🏻♀️😆😅
Back/hip pain is a bummer, and I'm glad you're on the mend. I'm recovering from an op 6 weeks ago and now feel stiff like a rusty bike 😂. I love your haul and that you've been mindful with what you've added to your collection; for a UA-camr it must be tempting to add every new release. I've only had 1 disaster in the last 6 months with Panettone by Milano

I'm going to Winners and Marshall's too. I can't WAIT! I've never seen any of those brands at the ones in Thunder Bay, but I'm so excited in case I see the Rainbow one or the Black Current and Sandalwood!
The Vanilla Bourbon reminds me of Vanille Absolu and Tihota and Vaniglia. The Coconut Palm is the one that smells so much like Milk to me. (Thanks for the shoutout, my friend!)

I just blind buyed the La Perla Luminous, the notes sounds beautiful i hope it does not smell like old house opening the spice cabinet!😅I searched for the Memoire Archives and its only available in the US, but hope one day to discover the house. The Henry Rose sample set is on my wishlist.😊And it does not matter how many fragrances you have if they make you feel good thats the most important thing! I really love and enjoyed the video.🌹

Luminous does not smell like an old spice cabinet to me. I find it a soft, powdery, slightly fruity floral.
I actually enjoy La Perla perfumes but they can be a little challenging. My favourite from the brand is actually Eclix which has been discontinued but Frances bought it for me from Canada so if you can find it, pls test it out and kindly let me know your thoughts ❤❤❤❤

Loved this lot of scents, if I could i would grab your 1881. Love that perfume with a passion❤ wish I could try that brands other scebts but they're all but gone. Shocked at how many show up on fragrantica that are nowhere to be found

I love Luminous by La Perla, recently purchased a full bottle after going through my sample. I do love a spicy scent. I had planned to give the bottle to my Mum for Mother's Day but decided to keep it for myself 😂 I had to spray it on myself before bed and I find Luminous a soft slightly fruity, powdery floral.

I started to wear the sample in Autumn, still high 20-low 30°C in Queensland, Australia. (Sub Tropical)
We are now in Winter so averaging mid 20°C and It is one of my work scent picks. I've been alternating Luminous with an Australian brand called S`saint.

I did Invisalign in my 20s follow-up by metal braces for fine tuning (my teeth were really wonky). It was a good experience as far as orthodontics go. Long journey, but I think you'll be happy with the result.
Oh wow!! My son had braces for around 4 years when he was younger which meant a lot of trips to the mainland for adjustments.. So I do really like the fact that I have all 48 trays here with me and I can scan my teeth on my own each week with an attachment they gave me, using an app on my phone. Technology! Lol Thanks so much I’m sure I’ll be so happy! 😊

I heard Phlur had been sold to another company, no idea whether that's influenced the fragrances of late, I've not tried them, they are quite hard to find here, I've never seen them in a store in the UK... Same with Ellis Brooklyn.
You know what, I have really bad crossing front teeth (and one is chipped from when I fell on some stone steps) but I never thought about Invisalign as I assumed that the movement required would be so much that it might mean the teeth aren't stable in future or that the teeth would simply move back without lifetime maintenance. Maybe I should check it out though? I feel mad that no one fixed my teeth when I was little 😂 I feel paranoid being a lecture in oral health 😂

Oh I didn’t realize that! Someone here in the comments mentioned that Phlur has a new fragrance out, called Soft Spot.. and after a quick search, I do think I would gravitate towards that one!
The thing I didn’t realize about Invisalign is that they glue little bumps on your teeth that fit into grooves on the aligner tray and that gives it something to grip onto to move your teeth around. And after I’m done with my 48 trays I have to wear the retainer for three months until everything gets “set in place”, and from then on, I will just have to wear a nighttime retainer. I’m fine with that because that will prevent me from chipping my teeth even further if I do continue to clench my teeth. It’s very comfortable to sleep in though, so the thought of that doesn’t worry me. Yes it’s so much better if you can do it as a child I guess.. My mom was just crying the other day because I had a retainer in grade 2 and when I lost it they couldn’t afford to replace it. 🥹😭 I told her it’s fine!! 😆
