Really very good educational video. Please allow me to inform you that my me and my family are using the red maroon balm since 1965. We use it mostly for headaches, muscular pains, catches, tiredness after playing games etc. But then we learnt from our experience that it is excellent to use during a wasp or bee sting, and may other small insects. The method is to remove the stinger which the bee left by using the blunt side of a knife or a credit card, and once it is out sner around 2 inch area with this balm. The result is wonderful. You feel relax since you swelling will not be much visible, which would otherwise be very noticeable. But remember to carry a small portion in you bag.

You can carry both red and white tiger balm. Also tiger in Thailand has launched one gel balm that’s very effective. My husband find it effective for scatica. Also the patch are very effective and easy to use. Please carry 5-10 packs of patches. But all this will give temporary relief, your brother need physiotherapist and deep stretches it has helped my husband a lot.

What's the best indian balm brand that match quality with tiger balm ? Coz tiger balm is not easily available and duplicity is very high .
Himalaya pain balm and Amrutanjan balm do good job. Even iodex new formula is good.
