Davos Lochalp - Switzerland 2024 (from above)

The meadow terrain of Lochalp slopes only slightly to the east and is bordered to the north and south by two branches of the Albertibach stream. The northern branch of the Albertibach has its source on the Latschüelfurgga saddle below the Chüpfenflue, while the southern branch has its source on the Wannengrat, both at an altitude of around 2400 meters. Below the Lochalp, the valley narrows and is formed by the Albertibach, where it is called Albertitobel.
Lochalp is a stage point on the mountain hiking trails with white-red-white markings, which are all part of the Davos Alpine Tour.
