It has taken years and years longer than I imagined. I don't fear truth, but most people fear telling it. I accept that the truth can be painful, and I still want to know it because it is biblical: you shall know the truth and the truth shall set you free. All considered, and the magnitude of the betrayal, I am not going to be shocked about any individual who tried to exploit, steal, sabotage and destroy.
