Hi, I want to ask if you think it's advisable for a new student to buy a car just after arriving in Finland, I noticed that there are bus stations everywhere.
Finland has a good transportation system, at least for the bigger cities. However, if you arrive and see the need to get a car for yourself, that is also fine. But bear in mind you need to have a valid DL as well as extra funds for Vehicle insurance and maintenance.
Yes, you can learn Finnish with the Duolingo App. You can also write English exam like the IELTS with Duolingo and they will issue you a certificate. Some Vocational collage in Finland accepts Duolingo as proof of English proficiency.
Learning, studying, a language is different from showing proof language skills. For proof language skill test results are often used, though they aren't the only usually accepted method. Dualingo has online tests. There are other tests like the Finnish YKI test.
Dualingo app way of learn language is a good start, but not even Dualingo say that it's possible to reach fluency. To achieve that other methods of learning and practicing are needed.

Hi, there is no opportunities for top up Nursing in Finland. This will reduce some work load for you and you might graduate earlier before your scheduled 3 years and 6 months study period.
