Opened my first ever box of stature this week. Got a 21/22 box for $100. It was a clunker box but I was shocked at how good the quality was. Every card was 10 potential. Perfectly cut/centered etc.
Thats a great price for that too!

The price doesn’t bother me THAT much, considering out of the 8 cards, you’re hoping for better hits in terms of quantity and quality. The price is still in the ballpark of series 1, allure, synergy, trilogy, etc. It’s not 500$. And with the lower-mid end products, you get 200 cards that are base, and almost no one even really wants a Hundo P or filler like Stat Box filler. You’re left with a few good young guns if you’re lucky; and one box hit, that could previously be a pink dazzler of a semi star, a suit variant of somebody no one collects, a French base card, and a clear cut base card. Though once again, I watch you open one before I think of looking out for sales on it. Speaking of sales…anything good for Black Friday that you’ve seen? Walmart has 32$ mega box s1, but zephyrepic has nothing good so far. I’ll keep checking.

Upper deck needs to do better for those prices hard to get your money back for 90% of the openings .Talked to a rep at Langley card show asked him I see a lot of damaged Conner cards on you tube opening including the one I got .Was surprised with the answer he game me it was let me guess the rest of the cards were good right with a big smile .that was not the answer I was hoping for leads me to believe some funny stuff is happing makes me wander even more
I think the Bedards were rushed into the product but even the rest of the ygs I've seen, few have been gradeable. I know like 40 had been graded by psa with 0 10s, not sure if thats changed in the past few days

Looks great but... I think the price is insane upper decks prices are a bit out there but stature is a great set imagine how much 2023-2024 will be with bedard 😢
Ya price is too high but great looking product with big upside with Gretzky, Lemieux, Ovechkin, Crosby, McDavid etc low numbered autos
