I mean, with 16 characters, there has to be some characters that don't really need an analysis. It's not bad writing or bad mystery either, if anything it helps because there's some things you can at least understand without 45 layers of puzzle logic.
In this case, Mint is one of the ones that don't really have much to anaylize off of him based on the first chapter. He's super quiet, his crime has been revealed and actually pretty much accepted since his crime wasn't as ragged on as Ismene (thanks Yui) and Kotaro (thanks Elena).
However, I can give out a prediction of how this guy is gonna go out. He sorta has that vibe that he isn't going quite too far. If Taka doesn't die chapter 2, Mint will.

Okay first off “it’ll be okay”?! DEATH FLAGS ARE RISING. But other than that.
This song has a rather slow and calming rhythm. It’s rather fitting, but it almost makes you feel like your guilty over nothing. (Which is also fitting) The way it comes off with a loud sound just to have it fade into a the background to literally nothing makes me feel like it ties into something. But on another note, it may be mint having anxiety? Considering how his crime was one of the first three revealed he may be skeptical if others like/trust him. Which could play into part why Emilia, a girl who harassed(? I don’t know if that’s too extreme to say.) him would go out of her way to defend his actions and encourage he speak up. It’s rather wholesome but I have a feeling it’s gonna end badly..
