I bought one of these 2nd hand - in blue - circa 1981 . The dealer had put a silver Starsky and Hutch wide stripe, running all along the side and along the front of the bonnet for extra visual impact. Well it worked for me . I think it was up for about £1750 - £1350 was the amount I handed over. This motor must have left an impression on me as I can, even now, remember where I first saw one - and that was Chancery lane, London, circa 1973. My purchase sounded extra glorious, there must have been a hole in the exhaust. The Fiat 130 coupe - the working man's Ferrari
These cars sadly had a too small engine....if you want to make this car going fast according to its looks you have to install a larger HQ engine like a Rover Vitesse 3.5 litre V8 EFI dual plenum

The problems with Fiat 130 coupe is the Automatic gearbox, maintenance and fluid change it s vital as the Borg&Warner are not always reliable .
