- “Although I say, ‘I feel King,’ it wasn’t always the case. Growing up, I felt very under-confident and insecure about my dark skin. I could never muster the courage to talk to girls because of this. In fact, my first ever break up happened because of my dark skin. Back then, it pinched me a lot. I kept asking myself, ‘Aakhir meri galti kya hai?’
It took a lot of time to get over that inferiority complex and actually like what I saw in the mirror. And when I did, I told my ex- ‘I won’t take my revenge with you but with society!’ And today, when I see people grooving with their significant others to ‘Maan Meri Jaan’, I feel I’ve taken that revenge!”
Born as Arpan Kumar, KING's journey began in a small town, where he developed an unyielding passion for music at an early age. Despite limited resources and a challenging upbringing, his dedication to honing his craft propelled him forward to becoming one of the most sought-after artists in India.
With songs like, ‘Tu Aake Dekhle’ and ‘Maan Meri Jaan’, he has made millions of people groove to his tunes and will continue to do so. His is an extraordinary tale of self-discovery, resilience, and artistic growth.

Having lighter skin is not a prize and having dark skin is not a crime, so many international celebrities and supermodels are dark, I don't know why some people are so focused on skin color. It is just a color, our personality makes us attractive.

Its easy to say but as an dark boy everybody bullies you and hate for your skin colour just becuz you are dark is worst! Racism always existed in our society you cant deny thats a fact my friend lets be honest looks matter alot!
