You are Remarkable! Happy International Women's Day 2023

Many of us struggle when it comes to talking about our own accomplishments, in fact when doing this exercise during our workshops, women tend to want to tell us the reasons why they’re not remarkable; however when asked to answer this about their best friend / female colleague, they would glow with pride and gush with praise.
We as women need to #embraceequity and realise how remarkable we are. Here at Bespoke Communications, we love working with women / companies to build self-esteem and improve confidence, and show them how remarkable they really are.

Hi Sarah, I am an #IamRemarkable Gold Tier Facilitator and it never fails to amaze me that women continually downplay what they do and the impact they have on the people around them. We are not used to stopping to celebrate ourselves and praise ourselves so that when we have to if feels alien and weighed down with guilt and that feeling that we shouldn't be doing it. So much unlearning to do from the societal conditioning we feel we need to adhere to as a female. The #IamRemarkable initiative is fantastic, so impactful and sometimes life changing. I love that you are incorporating it into your work.
