You can really tell who can transfer their time here to the football field by how fluid and natural they run. No way to fake around stiff, unnatural hip movements
Great analysis
@Johnny Sins exactly. Some people know how to get off the line better and that's it
Kenneth walker stumbled out the block and still ran 4.4
WHAT!?! That man didn't stumble AT ALL!!! He exploded off the block!
He will be the best of this group
@@esdrasrasit3890 So far good call, he jas the fastest TD in the NFL right now 22 MPH
8:14 bruh sound when he was running had me dead 💀 😂
Kyren Williams is a great RB. He’s definitely not a speedster though. He’s a patient runner, looks for holes and is extremely good at breaking tackles and evading tackles. I think he’ll be a good NFL RB.
The ones with slower times are coming up to soon. Faster ones are staying down till they are almost full speed. Just my observation. God Bless
Facts I notice the same.
these guys gotta improve on their drive phase
notice track runners will always have a great start
@@KickCHIEF exactly their technique is horrible. This isn’t a efficient way to measure a running backs speed.
@@PrimordialBeing360 "their technique is horrible" oh man oh man, they're pros and I'm sure you don't know any better than them
Wherever Tyler Allgier goes he will do well. Such a beast.
no way you predicted that
@@hadisafa7910 it was pretty obvious to be honest but u right
Tyler Allgeier is under rated tbh! I’m so pumped to see him play.
Same

@Johnny Sins I know you're joking but.. go watch his highlights. If you haven't seen them, you cant make any comment on this man. Your comment will not age well
Converted from another position. He's interesting, in that regard.
He’s not good little bro !
As a Carolina fan, I’m excited to see where Ty Chandler will go. He helped us be ok through our season.
He was a dog for us at UT aswell
Shiii these 40’s got me feeling like I can jump back into college ball
@martini stirred you sound so dumb lol
@martini stirred NAW YOU OBVIOUSLY HAVEN'T PLAYED BCUZ THESE 40 TIMES FOR RB'S ARE AVERAGE AT BEST DUDE
Kenneth Walker III & Brian Robinson Jr are my #1 & #2 backs this year
Breece hall #2
If Brian Robinson makes it to the 4th round. I think the Panthers should consider him
Breece Hall #1! I wonder for months now what he did to fall in most peoples rankings because he was the consensus #1 back last offseason and all he did was backing it up. I mean I understand why people get excited in case of Walker but the lack of involvement in the passing game, back pass blocking and the situation he had his breakout season this very season keeps me struggling how on earth people are more comfortably in taking him than Breece Hall.
Man, lot of these guys run so tight. The WRs looked so much more fluid.
Because they have more muscle lol
@@jrob5516 lmao
Recievers aren’t built like tanks
It’s cuz they all are 220 lbs of muscle and are 5’9 and under
When you start, you should be almost falling forward. Some of those guys could get much better times if they had track and field training. In high school, anyone who played football or basketball were encouraged to run track for indoor and outdoor season
Can't wait to see these running backs play
Walker still gives me nightmares
If Dameon Pierce had a drive phase, he’d be something special
Wonder whose gonna take the chance with James Cook
I remember reading a scout report saying Pierre Strong Jr wasn’t blazing fast. They were full of it.
Just goes to show how overrated this test is in that the times ran here don’t usually transfer over to the field 🤷🏻
@@vSeabass Deion had mad game speed. Scored a 4.1 but in a game he made every one look normal.
@@dennisrobinson8008 4.1 was handtimed😂 not to mention he ran a 4.27
@@rileyoakley7196 makes sense. Being in the stadium the man's game speed was bananas.
All bundy and no maam ua-cam.com/video/BuAH4PvPWZs/v-deo.html
Bryan Robinson running a 4.63 at 225. When he runs, move trick, get out the way 🤣 lol
JAAAAYLEEEEEN !!!!! 🔥🔥🔥🔥 the U has to back !! Do yo thang champ
I have a good feeling about Zamir White!
40 speed is not that crucial for a RB. I'd rather know their time for the 1st 10-20 yards and their shuttle times.
8:19 the best part
8:18 what it sounds like when i take a dump! lol
7:35 the sound when you buhhh!
Brooooo
Who looking forward watching these guys on the field 💯🔥🔥📈📈
I'd like to see the Giants draft Snoop Conner, he's a big time sleeper imo
ua-cam.com/video/DvFYZBE9saQ/v-deo.html....
Draft him when they already got a rb and are trash?
@@neveroutofbalance365 that doesn’t make any sense
@Never Out Of Balance We need a running back the giants are most likely not going to pay Saquon running backs are disposable in this current nfl look at Elliot he’s not good like he was a few years back not worth 90 million same thing with Christian and Cook Giants need : 1.REVAMP THE ENTIRE OFFENSIVE LINE 2. Edge Rusher 3.Middle linebacker 4.CornerBack 5.Running back
Breece Hall out of Iowa is a better fix for us RB2 behind Barkley
Jaylen Warren 7:52💪🏾🌹
Kyren stood straight up, probably didn't run track in hs
No he did not
Alot of em stood straight up
Sincere McCormick!!! UTSA!!
The qbs faster then these dudes lmao
I’d like to see them run in full gear . ( that’s a real test of speed , football ain’t track)
They aren't really looking at the whole 40. Just the 10 yard split. For RBs this is a huge metric. How fast you can get 5 yards past the line of scrimmage is everything. Took this guy 2 seconds. Way too long.
Walker is RB1 lock now 💪💪
Hall is the best actually and it’s really not that close either
And yet the announcers didn’t mention him once as one of the notable backs to keep an eye on🤡🤡 (for the announcers)
^A lot of that is Eisen being a Michigan homeboy
@@caidenschaul8842 thats so false its hilarious
@@lilkoukdog To be fair (as an MSU fan) Hall is a better FIT for a team that wants a pass catcher in a RB while Walker is a better pure RB in terms of yards/attempt, total yards, faster 40 time.
Kenneth Walker is the truth!
Yeah, he ran for 15 yards against the Buckeyes ! LMAO !!
@@buck4life1 5 td against Michigan
maybe because he was hurt😭🤦♂️
@@buck4life1 false
@@buck4life1 and he scored more touchdowns against michigan by himself than OSU's entire team did 💀
Went to the boys and girls club with Jerome ford I use to always race him n Jacobi ahh damn near everyday🤣🤣 glad to see him on tv doe💯💪🏾
I'm already looking at this running back class for this drive class and I don't see anybody in here for real man running any 427s-339 nothing like that this is a slow class
I've seen plenty of these guys pull away from defenders on film. These forty times are irrelevant.
Best steals will be the ugas backs. White and cook will be great additions to any team and both will be 2nd or 3rd down backs. Idk why you don't always go after georgia backs. History shows they're a smart investment.
Been saying this look at their ypc and they’ve been splitting carries their whole career.
It's too bad Keith Marshall never really recovered.
Let’s gooo allgeier!!! Gonna be a STUD
This RB draft class was pretty loaded
Pierce strong Jr., 4.39 that guy is fast 🏃🏾🏃🏾🏃🏾
Wonder why they don't show 10 second splits for RB..that's important in my eyes
100% especially for them and DL
10 yard splits?
@@jacoboconnor4404 time at 10 yards
@@KingloTRG he said 10 second splits lol
@@KingloTRG they’d all be 10 seconds
Breece Hall is going to be a ⭐️
Agreed. Top back in this class. Tough as nails, kinda similar to Monte
Yessir
Robinson will STILL be one of the first 3 backs taken. After being slow. He wore the right helmet.
Few Predictions for some of these RBs:
Zamir White-Texans or Cardinals
James Cook-Giants(to replace Barkley) or maybe the Dolphins
Kennedy Brooks-Falcons, Saints, maybe even Seahawks to compliment Penny
Allegier-Bills or Chargers
Breece Hall- Lions or Jets
Ebner- backup for the Bengals
Ealy-Dolphins or Saints
I know these are just predictions, but why would the jets or lions take another RB in breece hall when the jets have Michael carter, who’s really just getting started, and the lions have de’andre swift, who has been really good recently
I may be wrong but I see breece or Kenneth walker going somewhere like Houston, maybe the falcons to give them RB’s instead of cordarelle’s receiving back role. Maybe even ravens.
@@retro7165 I'm with you on Houston. Maybe the Falcons too. Could see one back and then the other go to those two teams.
Hopefully my Bills can land Barkley or Walker 😈
Kenneth is going to the dolphins in 2nd if not James Cook is def a dolphin the dolphins love him
I’m from india 🇮🇳 and I live in the United States 🇺🇸. I started going college here as soon as I could. I will never understand why most of the people in America don’t want to go to college. Honestly they think it’s so hard to do.
Education is the best thing in this world ❤️
That’s the only thing which is going to stay with you for the rest of your life.
Lol dude shut up, very annoying.
If LB’s and DB’s keep the speed up this might be the fastest draft class
This running back group was pretty slow on average compared to past draft classes BUT how often are these guys out in the open running 40 yds in a straight line?
@@vSeabass I SAID THE SAME THING BRO THESE 40 TIMES TO BE RB'S ARE VERY UNIMPRESSIVE TO SAY THE LEAST 👎🏾
@@vSeabass they would be more often if they were faster ….
@@newnewjohnson4776 free agent running backs are jumping for joy, all their price tags just shot up 😂
Ayy all I’m saying is we can agree the last few RB classes been slower plus a lot these backs this class were all productive
I watched to see Kenny Walker run 4.38 as titled, and you guys didn't even show it.
Kenneth Walker is one the biggest Heisman snubs of all time, and nobody ever talks about him being picked top 10 in any draft projections. It's absolutely ridiculous, and he's the best offensive player in the draft prove me wrong
It's just hard to justify a RB that high in the draft. So often a team gets an undrafted guy and they can rush for 1000 as a rookie. A good line helps any back...
Who ever gets James Cook will get a stud.
40 yard dash is not a good metric for deciding if a RB will be good.
These guys gone be future stars in the nfl
@Seacock Nanny I agree! They are very good athletic players 😀
Everyone of them huh
Yes, Roger Craig should be in the Hall. I love Terrelll Davis and for 3 years he was as valuable a player as any player in history, but how is he in the HOF ahead of Craig.
Shout out for the Moses Malone reference
There’s no way that Dameon Pierce run was only a 4.66 he was flying
Quick feet. But short legs and stride. It was well known he wasnt a burner. Short area quickness and change of direction is way more important for a rb than the 40 anyway
Yeah shorter stride guys look quicker, I am the same way look quicker but I’d probably run only mid 4.6s
The unofficial times were really bad this year
@@justinsarge6543 lmao you mean 6.6 get tf outta here
A lot of guys play faster out on the field in pads then their tested time shows but their 40 does divide the natural runners from the guys who strain themselves looking really uncomfortable. You can see it in some of their hips and the loud grunts made throughout their run
Ronnie Rivers @7:11
Ty chandler is the hidden gem of this draft. Nobody talking about him but he has major upside
Dude built like a WR
Breece number 1 RB pick.
THIS LADY WON'T SHUT UP!
Slow combine times but shouldn’t matter that much
Pierre Strong had a solid time
@@philipstrotherjr8842 yea him and walker overall tho slower than I would’ve expected especially for trestan ebner thought he might be high 4.2- high 4.3
@@christbh16 I agree
the dude commentating must be drunk, said Zamir White went to South Carolina then gave a whole story about it lmao
Where is Hassan Haskins
Kenneth walker @ 7:30 looks most promising to me
He’s doing good with Seattle now. Go hawks
I kinda like Tyler allgeier despite the slow time
He was a stats monster at byy
He’s underrated surprised by his 40 time but he had a lot of break away runs in college think it shouldn’t matter
Dameon Pierce the next Nick Chubb #watch 🐊❕
Kenneth Walker III: 7:30
I can’t wait until sauce runs
Dvonte price and Isaiah Pacheco are the outliers
Wait, is that a Philippine Sun on Tyler's left delt?
Man watch this in x0.25 that clock ain’t right
You'd Think Dalvon Cook hops over 36", but he got 30.5".
Price from LSU is fire to me
I’m surprised Zamir White was faster than Cook
Who can relate the same speed in pads is the question!
Dameon Pierce had to of been running faster than that.
It's probably a stupid question but what round will James Cook go?
2nd or 3rd. I like him to Miami.
3rd most likely. Think he will be a steal
Also keontay ingram is a baller too.
slow rb class alot of them ran 4.5s and 4.6s only a couple of 4.4s and only one rb with a time just under 4.4
James Cook!
Not as good as his brother OR his teammate.
Zamir white is a beast
Rashaad White 8:15
If the Vikings had 2 chefs the league in trouble
These dudes need to start training with they're universities track sprint coaches. Leave these so-called guru's and trainer's that charged them grip for times like these...smh
They rig times… it’s no way these guys was that much slower than them Wideouts!
More recievers are starting to come with a track background and they dont have to be as big with the rule changes in the past five years.
Announcer mistaken Zamir White for Zaquandre White smh 🤦🏻♂️
can someone please help me understand why we just seen james cook run a 4.5 but he’s now listed as4.2 please
Unofficial times
thanks for responding. But does unofficial means that if they see different do they go back and change it or sum ?
@@geeadawg8737 they run twice, the times you see like are unofficial. That means they are hand timed and not he official times are laser timed, the tv just doesn’t get those libe
TONS of Tyler RB's lol
Tyler Goodson 4.42 official. Well done.
How does Pacheco get left off the video with a 4.37?!
Hey bills heard u need a rb walkers right there baby
Kenny Walker is a stud let's get the man in Jacksonville get a real RB1
Cam Robinson is a #1 RB lmao y’all got a lot of holes to fill
Kenny Walker or Breece Hall to Houston please!
Miami needs to grab one of them
haha I will be drafting Breece Hall #1 overall but sorry Houston is the destination I'm afraid of the most...only for fantasy purpose of course
Purse snatching speed 😂😂
woohoooo K9!
Walker, Pierce, Hall. RB1-3 easy
Hall is #1 and for me it's not even close. Walker checks in as second but behind him there's a cliff!!!
I also think a lot of it's how they run the first 10 to 20 yards!
It’s the start. Form is very important.
LETS GO GOODSON
Did this guy just tell a whole story about Zamir White at South Carolina and Shane Beamer being his coach and what some DE said about him? WTF is he talking about?? 😂
The 40 should be measured differently, for example I believe a lot of these guys are faster than their times but they don’t know how to explode off the block. Maybe the 40 should be measured by yard per carry. Line them up in the back field and hand the ball off to each back.
Ive been saying that for 20 years. They should go full pads and helmet and take a handoff
Yea, the more weight I carry on me helps me actually have more traction and run faster ( I’m not fast) and I think a lot of these guys are not use to not wearing pads while doing a 40.
Idk man. There is value in knowing their real speed.
makes sense but in the end this is the best way to know their pure speed and is the best way to evaluate them in that regard. Most players also prepare for this specific drills for months so I also doubt they aren't used to run it as quick as it gets without their pads on.
will there even be a season
Go green go white
