    Hey air gunner, I commented a few months ago about how roehl wouldn’t hire me. Well in the past few months I’ve been hired at yrc freight and obtained my cdl with hazmat, doubles triples and tanker endorsements. I’m in linehaul training now and I’m very happy it didn’t work out with roehl because yrc freight has given me exceptional training and I’m home every day.

I think I'll give it a try to Roehl, the contract is something that I don't like it but as you said, it still worth it, at least for starting with something.

    • @BullseyeBob

      You'll transition just fine. Van trailers are easier to back because the axles aren't spread, but some docking situations are super tight, which normally isn't something flatbedders have to worry about.

    Nice training truck, looks pretty nice. I like it.
    Once a person is out and on their own in their own truck, I'm assuming the driver can have their own personal fridge, Microwave, and small TV from the looks of it...
    What is a good size for a flat panel TV that will be ok in these trucks?
    The Microwave cubby, will a 1.2 ft³ 1000 watt unit fit in the cubby?
    17.5 deep
    11.78 tall
    21 wide
    Or does it need to be smaller?
    I already have a 3.1 ft³ double door mini fridge in my basement in the family room that should work just fine in the fridge area...
    The bed, I'm reading that the mattress measurements are 40" by 80"
    Sounds like a Twin xl. Definitly sounds pretty roomy.
    Any insight on these questions would be appreciated and I'm looking forward to coming to Roehl Transport for this career change. I'm committed and will do what ever it takes to succeed.

    • @BullseyeBob
      @BullseyeBob  2 роки тому

      Yes, those items are personal.....the trucks at Roehl don't come equipped with them. My trainer mounted a 34" LED against the sleeper side wall in his truck.
      Best to stop at a truck dealer and ask to see the inside of a cascadia......this way you can take the actual measurements. I don't have access to them anymore.
