Hello,my cat is 15lb.I couldn't find a sweater that is easy to make for him. Can you please make a clear video suitable for my cat's weight? I don't know how to crochey at all. As a beginner, I need easy and slow explanations. I love your videos. I hope you will make such a video😍🥰❤️🧶
I watched this video all the way through before I made this hoodie, and didn’t see any issues before I started. Unfortunately, it is very confusing at the end when you are showing how to sew the hoodie. I couldn’t tell which part you were sewing up, so I sewed up the wrong part and made a huge tube. I don’t have a hoodie, I have a turtleneck. So now I have to go back and cut the entire tube part off and start all over on that part, which does not make me happy at all. I really like how you have it zoomed in so we can see the stitches clearly, but maybe if you could zoom out once in a while so we could see what the whole thing looks like at a distance, that would help. Or go over which parts we are sewing up as much as you go over the knots and the whipstitch. I am an intermediate to advanced crocheter, so I am not a novice. I was really excited about completing this until I noticed what had happened; one little mistake has ruined the whole thing. 😩 Otherwise, this is a super cute pattern and the other instruction was great, so once I’m not pissed off anymore, I’ll probably make a ton of them. 😅
@@LittleGemsCreations1 Thank you for replying! I did figure it out yesterday, and it is so adorable that I wanted to make more. ButI'm trying to make another one now and I don't know what I'm doing wrong. I do the six rows of 20 HDC's up one side, stop ,do it on the other side and then it immediately goes to the decrease rows and now it doesn't line up to slip stitch the panels together anymore. One side is much longer than the other. I keep going back to rewatch the instruction, and honestly, I think one of the things messing me up is how many ads you have in the video. Every time I try to go back to rewatch a part I'm confused with,an ad pops up and It throws me off so much that I can't keep concentration. I have wasted all morning on this and am too frustrated to continue, so I'm abandoning it. I wish there was a written pattern, as I tried, writing it down myself as you were speaking, but i'm obviously doing something wrong. It's really a shame because these are really cute hoodies. Bummed I can't get it.
Update: I ended up subscribing to ad-free UA-cam again, because that was definitely the problem. Every time I tried to go back and rewatch things it would not only play an ad, but it would skip parts. Bizarre. Once I didn't have the ads interfering, I didn't have a problem. I'm only adding this comment just to let you know my experience, in case others have it too, and to say that I finally got my stuff together, and definitely plan on making more and in more sizes! So, again, thank you for replying and I hope you're having a great weekend. 😊
