    Why ur copying master count to refcount ......without juz simply doing mastering with robot zero position is enough

      Because the visual adjustment of zero mastering is not accuracy. It just uses in the case of replacing mechanical parts

    I am just curious why you remastered the robot with BLAL , not BZAL

    hello, I replaced my J5 on an AR mate 100ic and it moved perfectly, then I quickmastered like on this video and now it won't move, it detects collision as soon as I try to move it, what can I do?

    I think you need a basic basic course in Fanuc… we wait for you in our Academy. ;)

    This worked wonderfully. Thank you. I had changed the batteries 3 years ago but we haven't used this since and my boss wanted to get it up and running again.

    I get to reboot but can't jog any axis as error message states the robot is not calibrated, any help would be great

    I followed this and successfully mastered and recalibrated the robot, but I’m not not able to use the programs within the robot due to MOTN 023: In Singularity. Could you help?

    • @MisterItchy
      @MisterItchy 2 роки тому

      I have had 'in singularity' errors before and I think they are caused when trying to move the robot into a position that was impossible. I think I solved this by jogging the axes back to near the home position.

      You should think about if using a robot is the right thing for you, if you dont know what that means. Just google Robot and singularity. Its common across all of them.

    what is the steps that you still have the power when you change out the batteries, how would the process be different

    • @AmtekCompany
      @AmtekCompany  3 роки тому +1

      As long as your batteries aren't dead, you won't need to remaster. Just replace the batteries and skip the remastering part of the video.

    After mastering and calibrating my robot (LR Mate 200iC w/R-30i Mate controller), the System Variable under $DMR_GRP[1] called "$REF_DONE" is FALSE ($MASTER_DONE is TRUE). Does $REF_DONE need to be set to TRUE?

    • @emanemanresuresu
      @emanemanresuresu 2 роки тому

      I guess that means you didnt set a quickmaster reference Position. Which you should do after mastering, to be able to perform a quickmastering (for example, create a point with all axes at 0 degree. Drive the robot there. Apply quick master reference position in master menu. Now you can always quickmaster your robot by driving to zero position markings, if the mastering has been lost while there were no hardware changes (only changed cables, or disconnected them. only had empty batteries). Quickmaster is the way to go, when there were no hardware changes. Should be actually done in the videos case. A real mastering was unneccessary and ruins accuracy)
