Common sense says ki agar ek no. 7 (a) hai aur dusra 0 (b) dono ka sum kon se angle se 0 aayega bas toh iska matlab ya toh dono ki value (a and b) 0 hogi which will be written as a²+b²= 0 ya toh fir equation hogi a²+b²≠ 0 kyunki 0 me koi bhi real no. add kar lo 0 thodi hi aayega aur negative le ni saktee
So the simple answer is that in this equation x²+y²=0 or a²+b²=0 x=y=0 and a=b=0 respectively

Then

6=0 which is not possible
But if a= 0 , b=0 ,c= 0 in ax + by+ c = 0
So here a can be zero also b can be zero
