Private security workers union wants security guards’ welfare improved

  • Kenya Private security workers union has challenged all private security firms to comply and implement the government set minimum wage for private security guards. The Unions Secretary Dr. Isaac Andabwa urged all stakeholders to engage with the government to ensure the reforms are met to improve the guard's welfare and motivate them.

      Many are paid as little as 5,400/=. Imagine trying to survive on that in Nairobi or even in Kenya. 😢...Impossible.
