Your birth story sounds like mine. Aside from the meconium. I was in labor for 57 hours, I was stuck at 7cm for 12 hours. Turned out the cord was wrapped around her neck twice and with each contraction she would be pulled back instead of pushed out. You've got a wonderful and supportive fiancé. Everything he said about feeling helpless while you were laboring was the exact same thing my husband said. God bless you and your beautiful family ❤️
Such a magical experience happened to you, im 13, i cant imagine growing up, becoming big, then becoming a mother, but other then being famous, thats mostly all people in the comments are talking about, is victorious, but no, whats really important here is that, this beautiful, amazing, and wonderful woman has a story, she had a wonderful thing, this story, to share, now she went through this with her partner, her and her partner went through this horrific thing, she couldve lost her baby, but no, another life was born into this world, she started another life, now thats what is really important, sure this baby boy will grow up to know his mother was famous, but truthfully, the real thing to focus on in this video is that, this woman is an amazing mother, shes a magical human, she did this. God bless.💖💖💖
so many tears! You are both strong, i can’t begin to imagine how draining and hard everything must’ve been, but you both pulled through and everything happened the way it was meant to happen. Congratulations on your beautiful baby boy. I’m so happy for you! 💛💛
If I'm not wrong the main ingredient in Bio oil actually ends up being mineral oil so buying mineral oil would have a very similar effect and cost way less!
Just watching this today. My son was born Csection and actually swallowed meconium prior a few weeks before birth. He was born in distress and with pneumonia. He was flown to a hospital 2hrs south of us and was admitted into the NICU. I understand the fear you went through. Every thought goes through your head about if you could have done something to prevent this. I'm so happy your baby boy is healthy and beautiful. Bless your family ❤
Katy B. I hope your son is healthy and happy now! I am due in a week and so hoping my baby hasn’t pooped yet. What signs did your baby have that he was born in distress?
@@katietucker8202 I bled a lot thinking it was the "bloody show" but it was him in distress. I had labor pains so I went to the hospital of course but when they hooked me up they lost his HR 7 times. It was horrifying but he's perfect and healthy now. I hope everything goes beyond perfectly for you and your baby will be born healthy as a horse ❤❤❤
I also had an unplanned c section with my son 6 months ago at the beginning of the pandemic. At first I was really disappointed that the birth didn't go as planned (I wanted to have a natural birth as well and ended up being induced). But I know I made the best decision for my boy. I absolutely love what you said. "Any way that you give birth to your baby is the way you're supposed to do it. At the end it's all about having a healthy baby". Truly inspiring story and a true testament of the power us momma's have and the sacrifice we make. Thank you for sharing
Daniella, I just want to say thank you for including the footage of baby Gio actually being pulled out. I was in a similar situation too where I had to have an emergency c-section. Your mind can only imagine what is happening on the bottom half of that curtain as you feel your body being tugged in all sorts of directions. I was in total awe actually seeing the footage because it gave me an idea of how my son Francisco was born. Its amazing to see God's work and to see how much our little ones go through before even making it to this world. Thank you for sharing your beautiful story and being so open about it.
Sorry for the essay, but here’s my birth story. I gave birth to my beautiful (surprise gender) daughter Madeline on October 26 2019 but just like your beautiful birth story mine wasn’t to plan either. We had to be induced at 38 weeks due to her growth decreasing and her Doppler’s declining (blood flow threw umbilical cord) it was originally going to be 36 weeks so she would have been prem, they jabbed me with steroids to help her lungs a little and then the day before our 1st induction date they scanned me and turns out the steroids helped more than just her lungs because she started growing again and her Doppler’s has regulated. However I than had a high blood pressure readings and was immediately put on blood pressure medication for concerns of preeclampsia and had to go to the hospital every second day for the next two weeks for regular checks (I also had gestational diabetes, so honestly pregnancy was hard for me, with the horrendous morning sickness until 25 weeks, I felt like I had every single bad thing I could have gotten) Come our induction date 24/10/19 (I’m Australian, dates go the other way haha ) they used something called cervidil which is a gel they put behind the cervix to soften it etc. 12 hours after the original insertion they checked my cervix and unfortunately no progress (they are able to keep the gel in a further 6 hours before opting for another option) so at 2am there was no progress. Come 12pm the following day i started timing my contractions and was in a lot of pain, unfortunately the CTG machine was faulty (which we found out during my pushing stage) so the midwives didn’t believe I was having contractions and I was only given paracetamol for pain relief. By 3pm there was a shift change and a new midwife started. She took one look at me and could tell I was having contractions. Checked me and I had dilated 1.5cm which we had the same feeling (all the pain for such little progress) this is when it was decided it was best for me to get the epidural and boy was that a game changer 😂 I slept through the rest of my labour;!3cm - 10cm only waking every 15-30mins to press the epidural button (I was also up all night the night before with cramping due to the gel) So come 11pm on 25/10 I was told head was down and I can start to push (finally) however, after 50 minutes of pushing the midwife called the doctor in as bubs was starting to get stressed. He informed me he would need to perform an episiotomy and then suction cap her out (I originally wanted the natural birth with no help, but when it comes to your baby you do what’s best for them) after three more pushes with the cap; on the final push I had a coughing fit, which turns out helped the most as the motion of coughing was enough to get her head out 😂) she was born at 12:52am 26/10 weighing 2.940kg (6.5pounds) but this is when it got scary for me. As they were cleaning up the doctor was called to an emergency as a baby was stuck so the midwife was stuck holding my cut together as she is trained in stitching, by this point she’s realised I’m loosing a lot of blood from my cut and there isn’t much she can do but get my partner to press the green button to get someone in (wasn’t classed an emergency yet as she had somewhat got the bleeding under control) 40 minutes later a second doctor came in and finally began stitching me up (20 minutes later, she was almost done but just needed the original doctor to come in and confirm she didn’t need to go deeper with the stitches and she could do the final layer) 10 minutes passed he still hadn’t come.. 20 more minutes the midwife was getting agitated because I was still laying down with my legs on the stirrups. Another 10 minutes still nothing (by this point the midwife had been to the other women’s room who was being stitched up 6 times to get him just to take 2 seconds to look at my cut and the stitches) finally after a total of 50 minutes waiting he came in and said one more layer of stitches and then she can finish it off and I’m done. Come to me being sat up and my legs down, there was only the midwife, my partner Nathaniel our daughter and myself in the room and the midwife wasn’t facing me but I could feel myself about to pass out (I remember saying I’m about to go) and that was it. I don’t know how long I was out for but my partner says he shot up quickly put our precious girl down and moved all the tables and stuff out of the way for the midwife to get to me and he pressed the emergency button for her. At this stage I was in and out of consciousness and several people were in there now, squeezing a bag of fluids into my line and telling me I need to stay awake. Unfortunately I was so tired (I mean I had just given birth) but finally I looked over and my little family as my partner was white as a ghost and I told myself I need to stay awake for them. After a little time, I could feel my senses coming back, I could hear and I wasn’t as tingly anymore. I had lost 2.5 litres of blood and was very close to dying due to a large amount of blood lost quickly and then my body couldn’t keep up when I was sat up) In Australia our government is shocking so our hospitals are currently constantly understaffed due to budget cuts and unfortunately the night of my birth story my hospital was understaffed, I don’t hold any of the midwives or doctors accountable; they were wonderful and did exactly what they needed to do and that was bring my daughter into this world healthy and alive! The next day I had three blood transfusions and was restricted to my bed for the day, which I’m sure you know is hard with a new born. That night my partner and I had a cuddle and a cry together as my biggest fear is dying during childbirth and that very nearly happened. But that’s when Nathaniel told me his biggest fear and that’s watching his love die during childbirth and being left with this helpless baby and having to be strong for them. So if I wasn’t already hormonal enough, seeing him cry broke me haha 4 weeks later myself and my family are doing well, our little girl is growing way too quickly and as much as I’m in the mindset of never wanting to give birth again as it was too traumatic, I’d do it all again for my little girl 💕 Gio is lucky to have a warrior as a mother 💕
This is similar to my story! It took a long time to mentally recover from my first birth but my second daughter brought a new outlook on my c section deliveries. I love my girls and that's all that matters now. I would NEVER wish my scar away, it's the little doorway to their first dimension of life and that, to me, is truly so magical
I’m currently in nursing school, and just finished my OB rotation. And I just wanted to say that you explained everything so perfectly! I knew exactly what you were talking about and explained it well for people that wouldn’t know much about the medical side of it. Congratulations on your beautiful baby boy, you did such an amazing job!
I can’t imagine how scary that was for you both 😭 I’m so happy he’s healthy and so so beautiful. Congrats to you’re beautiful family. You’re all so strong.
I loved this! I have had two c sections with both of my boys. With my first I had preeclampsia was out on bed rest and an emergency c section. I loved hearing that you are proud of your scar and that the way we have our babies is the way it was meant to be. At the time, I had read a lot of comments from people saying you are not a real mom unless you had your baby vaginally and other people saying having a c section is the “easy way out”. I had a lot of guilt and cried for the first year of my sons life feeling so hurt and cheated from my birthing experience with him. It was lovely hearing your experience and coming out stronger. ❤️ baby is beautiful!
I love how real this is. I truthfully have never seen a video of yours... but wow this was so honest and raw. Thank you for this, I think it is needed in the world
I cried so much while watching this. Never watched Victorious, I just stumbled on this video by accident, but anyways I'm so happy for you and your fiance. May God bless all three of you. ❤️
Im a labor and delivery nurse and im so sorry you had to experience this! I've had many patients with similar stories and the fear on their faces always kills me. Im so glad you had a good support system, it makes all the difference in the world.
So amazing. I just had a c section 3 weeks ago with my first baby boy. We wear the scar with pride. The whole birth experience is truly a miracle no matter how it goes down, like you said. Congratulations 🥳.
My name in Daniela. When I was little I used to thing Daniela was a weird name but you inspired me to believe in my self. Thank you,Daniella Monet for inspiring me.
I had to have a section when I had my little one because I had severe pre eclampsia and my kidney started to deteriorate. He was born seven weeks early and was in neonatal (NICU) for a month but now he's a very healthy four month old. No one realises how hard and traumatic a C-Section is. He's perfect and you're a perfect family. Wear your scar with pride Daniella! It's a sign of how much of a warrior you were too

Daniella. You are such a strong person. I’m so very proud watching this and I love the way you go about this video. Letting moms who had a c section, are still indeed moms. Strong and beautiful moms. ❤️❤️❤️
I’m trying not to cry from that story since I was five years old I started watching victorious and seeing you growing up in you having a kid is so heartwarming I know what you had to go through that it’s gonna be great like you
I hope everyone in the comments know that she is her own person and she isn’t actually Trina from the show she was in. You need to recognize her as Daniella not Trina.
My 6 year old daughter and I just binge watched Victorious and I came across your channel! Congrats! I’ve had 2 c-sections! You are right, the way you’re supposed to have your baby is the way it’s supposed to be! He is beautiful! Congrats!
seeing the dogs meet the baby was the low key *CUTEST* thing i have ever witnessed in my entire lifetime. thanks for including that, and this video warmed my heart ❤️
You guys are so strong to have dealt with such an emotional and physically difficult situation and I am so glad everything turned out okay and you ended up with your beautiful baby boy. You can tell from this video just how much love you have for him already. I work in the area and the hospital you went to is very good at what they do, I have family members who were born there as well. Welcome to the world little Gio!💕
Hi, I just want to say I'm glad I ran into your birth video. It really helped me see my birth experience in a more positive way. I too had to have a csection after laboring for 24hrs. I was so upset about it but after hearing you I feel better about it. I do have to say that in general people give natural or vaginal births more credit. You always hear them saying "so strong" or "good job" but they don't really say that to us mommas that have had to go thru a csection. It should be seen equally as you mentioned because one way or the other we are still birthing a child but I feel like it really isn't. People are quick to say "oh you had a csection?" or "oh really, what happened?" At least I have felt that way. Not sure if I'm making any sense. I just want to say thank you for giving us csection mommas more credit on birthing our babies too!
You are amazing. He is amazing. You have a wonderful husband. I also had an emergency c section and although I didn't choose to have surgery it was still so raw, emotional, memorable and so much more ❤️
This is my first video I’m watching of you, but I can’t help but think at how far you’ve come since Victorious. You have an amazing husband a beautiful baby. That’s so great, and congratulations on everything!

This is amazing that you’re sharing your story. I literally had the exact same thing happen to me with my baby, who is now 2 weeks old. And i have had some days where i’ve felt like i wasn’t strong, or don’t feel like my body was meant to have the baby if i wasn’t able to dialate enough for my baby to come out naturally. So i’m so happy to hear other women have gone through this as well

So unprofessional for her midwife to have recommended that. As she explained what her midwife did during labor I would NEVER use that one again.
Laura Khader well the baby had already pooped in the womb so I don’t think she was worried about that. Castor oil can be effective in jumpstarting labor but the midwife probably should have told her how much instead of her just chugging it

Thank you.
so many tears! You are both strong, i can’t begin to imagine how draining and hard everything must’ve been, but you both pulled through and everything happened the way it was meant to happen. Congratulations on your beautiful baby boy. I’m so happy for you! 💛💛
god shes so freaking cute, her face is so cute i cant get over it. I'm talking about daniella not the baby lmao
A tip to make the scar “disappear”. If you put BIO OIL in the scar once or twice a day helps a lot. You can buy it on amazon. It is pink color.
Katy B. Thank you! So glad to hear your son is happy and healthy now!
my mom is one of the strongest people i know, she has had 3 c-sections (she’s had 3 kids) and she loves her scares
Danielles Child in 2031: Mom are you really that bad at singing?
Danielle: SHECAGO SHECAGOOOOO
Singing ***
Emma's Life ?
kool aid guy gaming you said signing instead of singing ! So I corrected you !!
Emma's Life fixed it! Lmao thanks
kool aid guy gaming you’re welcome
The most underrated person, I just love the fact she’s so open about everything
When I first saw her husband I thought of Ryan reynolds
Same I also felt the same.
Me too!
That was my thought too!
Omg why would they even recommend castor oil?!? That's so dangerous 🤦♀️
OMG, THE MOMENT WE HAVE ALL BEEN WAITING FOR
y'all stop bringing up trina/chicago and actually be happy for her and give her encouraging words
perioddd
Im so happy for u your son is soo cute🥺❤️
However I than had a high blood pressure readings and was immediately put on blood pressure medication for concerns of preeclampsia and had to go to the hospital every second day for the next two weeks for regular checks (I also had gestational diabetes, so honestly pregnancy was hard for me, with the horrendous morning sickness until 25 weeks, I felt like I had every single bad thing I could have gotten)
Come our induction date 24/10/19 (I’m Australian, dates go the other way haha ) they used something called cervidil which is a gel they put behind the cervix to soften it etc.
Checked me and I had dilated 1.5cm which we had the same feeling (all the pain for such little progress) this is when it was decided it was best for me to get the epidural and boy was that a game changer 😂 I slept through the rest of my labour;!3cm - 10cm only waking every 15-30mins to press the epidural button (I was also up all night the night before with cramping due to the gel)
So come 11pm on 25/10 I was told head was down and I can start to push (finally) however, after 50 minutes of pushing the midwife called the doctor in as bubs was starting to get stressed.
I had lost 2.5 litres of blood and was very close to dying due to a large amount of blood lost quickly and then my body couldn’t keep up when I was sat up)
In Australia our government is shocking so our hospitals are currently constantly understaffed due to budget cuts and unfortunately the night of my birth story my hospital was understaffed, I don’t hold any of the midwives or doctors accountable; they were wonderful and did exactly what they needed to do and that was bring my daughter into this world healthy and alive!
So if I wasn’t already hormonal enough, seeing him cry broke me haha
4 weeks later myself and my family are doing well, our little girl is growing way too quickly and as much as I’m in the mindset of never wanting to give birth again as it was too traumatic, I’d do it all again for my little girl 💕
Gio is lucky to have a warrior as a mother 💕
Ashley Jane Brown - thank god you lived x
Ashley Jane Brown omg no way! my birthday is on october 26 as well!! bday twin! and my name also starts with an M! SO COOL!
I was watching Victorious when I got the notif😂
Yash Misa me too
Omg same I’m so happy it’s on netflix
Same
Ha same
LMAO
Omg I got so scared when the pulled his head like that but he’s ADORABLE and I’m so thankful he’s alive and healthy.💗💗💗
I love how real this is. I truthfully have never seen a video of yours... but wow this was so honest and raw. Thank you for this, I think it is needed in the world
This year has been the worst year of my life and this is the best channel I’ve ever subbed to, your so awesome!! Ily all
I cried so much while watching this. Never watched Victorious, I just stumbled on this video by accident, but anyways I'm so happy for you and your fiance. May God bless all three of you. ❤️
He is so beautiful! Bless you and your incredible family!
Im a labor and delivery nurse and im so sorry you had to experience this! I've had many patients with similar stories and the fear on their faces always kills me. Im so glad you had a good support system, it makes all the difference in the world.
It’s such an amazing thing to see someone I watched during my childhood fall in love with someone and give birth to a perfect baby 🥺❤️ congratulations
So amazing. I just had a c section 3 weeks ago with my first baby boy. We wear the scar with pride. The whole birth experience is truly a miracle no matter how it goes down, like you said. Congratulations 🥳.
“its like swallowing lipgloss”
My name in Daniela. When I was little I used to thing Daniela was a weird name but you inspired me to believe in my self. Thank you,Daniella Monet for inspiring me.
the way the drs pulled gio out... like by his head stressed me out and gave me so much anxiety. omggg
LEXI GRAVES
Nope it does not affect the baby that’s how the babies are usually delivered 😊
They pull like that when it comes out naturally. Babies are fragile, but resilient.
Ye
I had to have a section when I had my little one because I had severe pre eclampsia and my kidney started to deteriorate. He was born seven weeks early and was in neonatal (NICU) for a month but now he's a very healthy four month old. No one realises how hard and traumatic a C-Section is.
He's perfect and you're a perfect family. Wear your scar with pride Daniella! It's a sign of how much of a warrior you were too
Our Childhood has just had a baby....this is amazing...your SOOO strong and your baby is beautiful
Beautiful family. God bless your new member and new chapter of your life. I am a major fan of yours. Beautiful baby beautiful parents beautiful everything. I loved this video. Love you!! Kisses from Mexico
No one gonna talk about how it looked like he dislocated his head tryna take him out , anxiety levels at the max 😨
never would i have ever thought you had him at the whittier hospital!!! i grew up in whittier & go to whittier college. aside from that, you have such a beautiful family. ever since i found out you were pregnant, i’ve been following along throughout your stories etc and i always look forward to them. i wish a life filled with continuous happiness and blessings for you and your family
I feel so bad for her, if I was her I would be crying and freaking out! She is so brave!
who else agrees
Daniella. You are such a strong person. I’m so very proud watching this and I love the way you go about this video. Letting moms who had a c section, are still indeed moms. Strong and beautiful moms. ❤️❤️❤️
the way you look at your husband... pure love.
they ain't married yet :/
Congrats!
This is seriously so beautiful. Tears ran down my face when I saw little Gio being pulled out of your stomach! Love you guys ❤️
seeing the dogs meet the baby was the low key *CUTEST* thing i have ever witnessed in my entire lifetime. thanks for including that, and this video warmed my heart ❤️
I may or may not have cried 😭❤️ I’m so proud and you’re so strong.
Welcome to the world little Gio!💕
it helped that you showed the c section being done. it showed people what can happen and how it goes.
Omg I had a c-section too last year when I was pregnant with my daughter Nesreen
This made me cry so many times. Just everything y’all went through. Congratulations y’all ❤️
Oh my gosh. God bless. My twin had his cord wrapped around his neck too
You are amazing. He is amazing. You have a wonderful husband. I also had an emergency c section and although I didn't choose to have surgery it was still so raw, emotional, memorable and so much more ❤️
oml the way the doctors pulled him out by his head
That spiked my anxiety...
This is my first video I’m watching of you, but I can’t help but think at how far you’ve come since Victorious. You have an amazing husband a beautiful baby. That’s so great, and congratulations on everything!
Ilysm Daniella your going to be the best mom Gio could ever ask for!!! You have been one of my favorite people for almost ten years now and the fact that you now have a son is amazing! I’m so proud of you and I wish you and your amazing family the best! Congratulations on everything!!!💗❤️
I sobbed hearing your beautiful brith story! Gio guy is a miracle! God seriously blessed you and Andrew and thank goodness for modern medicine! I truly felt (a fraction) of the emotions I’m sure you felt! So happy your little guy is earth side!!
Chicago, we weren’t ready for this 😭
Chicago 😭
Chicago 💗🥵
Lana Keys SHEcago
This is amazing that you’re sharing your story. I literally had the exact same thing happen to me with my baby, who is now 2 weeks old. And i have had some days where i’ve felt like i wasn’t strong, or don’t feel like my body was meant to have the baby if i wasn’t able to dialate enough for my baby to come out naturally. So i’m so happy to hear other women have gone through this as well
so proud of you girly💕❤️
