I love this video...and I'm putting this venue on my list. It's a massive complex and yet... when he sings, people are quiet. I was recently very embarassed when, in a very small music club that happened to be sold out, people talked and actually shouted conversation while he was trying to sing. It's just so rude...I think I'll travel to CO and check it out. :)
The guy has talent that may be held back because he sounds and plays like his father. Thing is, the guy has taken his own spin on it, much the way any musician would. I have used Willie guitar style for years, because it suits me at times. Heavy electric over the classic chord change.... inspired Deal with it, and give the guy a chance.
