Hi, I just want to clarify something, I made the Classic MTL RTA starter guide and clearly stated to cut the cotton parallel to the bottom base plate, and not parallel to the deck as you claim. To avoid any misunderstandings for end users : You mention that Steam Crave recommends cutting the cotton parallel to the deck, what you say is not correct, can be seen clearly on the starter guide photo no. 5. Cut the cotton ends flush with the bottom base plate. Anyway, thanks for your review, much appreciated.

Thank you so much vor your wicking lesson. Tried it 3 times before and it was gurgeling and i was more drinking the juice than vaping it..XD tried your method and it instantly worked!! And yes, the taste is in fact really really good! Almost like the chariot from arcana mods which costs almost 3 times as much. Btw the chariot is a strong recomendation. High end atomizer for a reasonable price. Very intense and detailed flavour, perfect handling and manufacutered super clean. Easy wicking. Seriously everything is great about it. Just re-wicked but still gurgles and leaks from the two air ports. What density liquid were you using? I'm on 50/50 and maybe that's simply too thin for this tank?
@@tkrotkiewski I use 70Vg for 50/50 you need more cotton and keep them fluffy not folded at the bottom so cut to the right length as I did in the close up
This is my first rta (before i used a tiny pnp rba), and once i washed it properly, replaced white o'rings with black/red ones, sorted out the wicking - it's great. Airflow is smooth and silent, flavour is nice, so is built quality, quite happy with it overall. One thing i think could be done better is having more depth in the juice wells, in theory it should make wicking a bit easier, minimize the possibility of flooding as well as increase juice capacity. Otherwise i can definitely recommend this one, decent mtl/rdl atty.
Thank you very much for your overall work and time, higly appreciate it! The ONLY thing that disturbs me a bit for this SC Classic MTL tank is the o-rings, similar "problem" to Glaz Mini yes, which i still use also :) It takes some time to wash these SC tanks, more parts and more time than any other MTL tank and yes you have to be carefull not to lose any o-rings. I thought that SC would design a tank with less o-rings than Glaz Mini next time, but its seems they didn't. Between this SC Classic and Bishop, my vote goes to this one, because Bishop has 1 very disturbing issue (in my opinion) which is bottom fill. I really hate the time spent to fill a bottom fill tank. As you said, throat hit is better on SC Classic and i can and will sacrifice the really small difference in flavor that Bishop has, in order to use a top fill tank. Much thx for the review. Definitely a steeper learning curve with this one quite contrary to f.e. the bishop. And i hated it for the slight leak through airflow especially. Just finished my last try with new coil and tons of cotton, carefully modelised to not have it near AF. O-Rings observed, so hopefully...😓 AND when fiilling there is always a lot of liq at the underside of the cap so that it is spilling out when screwing down. Every time wiping..

Well Andrei the bold & Smokey are amazing in fact I just filled with Baffometto by La Tabaccheria you sent me and what flavour!! But I also vaped juice cabin Virginia and tobacco scotch which is a hybrid and it also taste amazing. It is very similar to the pioneer sharp flavour on all flavour spectrum. But I did find that on kanthal round wire the delicate back notes of the flavours where lacking especially on Virginia’s but on a clapton or fused clapton those back notes where back.

Finally you got this! Remember when I mentioned this? Glad this came out before 2022. So, it beats the thc elite pro for flavor? When you say sharp flavor similar to pioneer I remember how good the pioneer was with fruits. I ordered these: bishop, aromamizer classic, artemis, hastur mini, thc elite pro. Guess who the winner will be and I will give you my opinion when they arrive lol.
Indeed Ali and i must say your list of MTL's are very good choices. As for my opinion you would find out at the end of the month at my best of 2021😊 minus the Artemis that i reviewed in 2020 & the Hastur that i don't have.

Hi Alessandro. I am happy the close up is useful. A bit more fluffy cotton would eliminate any gurgling. Enjoy it. Both the Classic & Pioneer are among my favourites as well.

@AniMAYA. Thanks. Supreme V3 as a MTL well that would be interesting, isn’t it a dual coil deck I suspect you might be able to narrow the airflow down to RDL. Also if you insert lower ohm coils the high wattage on a MTL would surely deliver a strong throat hit. Anyway enjoy messing around with it & looking forward for your feedback
First part of the video you said to use anti clockwise coils. A few minutes later you said to use clockwise coils. I’m ordering this RTA today and want to make sure I get I order the right coils from my favorite coil maker. Thanks
😀 sorry on the confusion Robert. You can use any coil clockwise or anticlockwise, either install the coil legs down or legs up it does not make any difference at all. When you rest the coil legs above the screws you would straight away realise which way is the right way. Enjoy it
Hi, anyone can tell me how I can prevent from flooding on my Bishop mtl rta, iv had it for 2 month and it was all fine, now suddenly it started to flood the deck...I have tried changing the o rings and still the same... many thanks
That is odd Syed. The only explanations is damaged or missing 0 rings, either one of the 2, 0 rings on the base of the deck are missing so air is getting in, or 0 rings that are on the top of chamber where the tank is screwed on. The best way is to check a blowout diagram of the tank or the manual to see where all the 0 rings are meant to be and then you can check every 0 ring on your Bishop.

Hello friend, my Aromamizer Classic arrived yesterday. Did you also noticed this? I have the feeling that it always gives a cooler vape (a not so hot vape) compared with other attys (like the edge for example).
Yes Gabriel it delivers a sharp flavour & somewhat cooler vape like the Pioneer unlike the Bishop or the Edge that deliver a richer softer flavour experience & somewhat warmer vape.
@@netvaper I've noticed that there isn't less flavor in the aromamizer classic, but somehow it give's a cooler vape. That's a different experience! I'm enjoying it a lot so far!
Hi Nathan, i own, at the moment 3 RTA´s. Kayfun X - Dvarw FL - Fev 4.5S+ (and got The Brunhilde and Alberich v1 on the way.) I really like that the 3 rta´s i got bring out the notes different with the same liquid, almost like having 3 liquids in one, just by swapping the RTA. Everytime one of them gets a new wich i will think to myself..... woooa this is my new favorite rta :) If i were to put one more (just one) :) on my list, could you sugest one that brings something new to the table?
I had a look at the little booklet and it seem they changed it as it shows you have to cut it parallel to the bottom piece that you screw off the tank before pulling the deck out. It is a bit of a mission so I just do it the way you do.
It does @@netvaper , thank you. I have also noticed that you have to fluff the cotton allot. Since I can't get hold of Muji pads and use cotton Bacon, I fluff the cotton as much as possible even before pulling it through the coil and then still try to make it super fluffy. This seems to help big time with flavor.
i got per trade-accident the dram 4 mtl rta and it shocked me the best flavour ivegot so far with net aromas and non organic,till today i thought nothing can touch the gus-chorus rta but the dram 4 is bombastic,my question is if you will make a review the DRAM 4 rta?Its for me by far the best rta in 2021
I have the bishop for almost year and half and i need to purchase another tank, Does it worth to purchase the aromamizer beside the bishop? Or should i think of another one? Thanks in advance
It certainly is an excellent RTA but as You can see in the close up it is a different style deck so wicking is a bit more tricky but if you get it right it delivers a sharp & defined flavour with a stronger throat hit. You might find the flavour Delivary a bit different to the bishop that delivers a richer fuller spectrum of flavours. The Kayfun lite 2021 would be a worthy upgrade to the bishop but obviously it cost more but worth every penny long term.
Hello Nathan, I 've been enjoying your videos for quite a while now, you are very good in these videos and really relaxing to watch. I want to ask for your insight. Is this rta's flavor more intense than the bishop's, because I find bishop's flavor not really that intense, everytime i get the feeling that I need more flavor from it. And since bishop is from your favorites rta's, which is your favorite build in it? I have tried with mtl claptons/fused clapton's, 27 ga kanthal and ni80 at 5 rounds, 2.5mm, I just cant find its sweet spot and I feel I miss something with this rta. I have also watched your wicking video about bishop. Have you tried bishop with regular eliquids, because I dont vape NETs. Thank you sir, keep making quality videos!
Hi Valasios. If you vape mainly other flavours other then tobacco, go for the Classic as it does bring out fruity & dessert flavours very well. Another good option for fruity liquids is the Expromizer V1.4 that i am using it now for my evening fruity vape and the flavour is very intense. I use the Bishop mainly with light NET's like Virginias & hybrids (tobacco with added other flavours) but i know a vaper who only vapes fruity liquids with the Bishop and he also at first complained about the lack of intensity of his vape, so i re-wicked for him and the flavour intensity changed dramatically. The wicking method on the bishop is very easy but what is very important is not to over wick, as the liquid is fed from the top juice flow so you don't need much cotton just a thin strip trimmed flush with the wicking sledges. When you insert a strip of cotton through the coil it should slip through with hardly no resistance, just a slight resistance. Muted flavour on the bishop is nearly always either too thick cotton or wrong coil, reading you coil set up which is perfect so it must be your wicking method. Try the above and let me know.
Looks like a decent rta actually . The seem to have taken the best bits of a few other rtas and out them together and I like the look of it too. Looks like a taifun . Thinki will give it a try 👍. Hey again. In regards to coils. Did you find the best to be mainly small clapton 28/38 and round 26ga? I'm finding fused dual 30 to be a bit muted. Your 0.8-1ohm choices seem to make the most sense
Yes I did Ali. In addition I discovered that a fused or core clapton coil on the classic somehow improves the flavour over round wire, a fact that does not always apply to some other MTL’s that round wire Kanthal Produce similar flavour perhaps it’s to do with the extra heat in the chamber from a fused coil, not sure
@@netvaper I mean even in general, I don't see you using a dual 30ga fused (0.7 ohms). You either use round wire or a simple clapton (0.8-0.9 ohms). Also spaced coils are really not that good in mtl.
It's is from my KayFun manual for about 10 years ago... Never fill up the tank to the Max. because you need a small part with air inside the tank that can be compressed... The Juice can not be compressed and will spill out somewhere when you put the top filling cap on. Mostly in your juice well and make leaking or gurgling.

Well Nick it is a classic deck flooding symptom. your cotton is too thin and over saturated, as there is no escape for the excess liquid besides flooding the deck and when you inhale you actually sucking the liquid upwards. Keep them thicker and cut the right length by folding over the rim to reach the 0 ring and cut, then insert the cotton fluffy & unfolded as I have demonstrated in the close-up.
@Voras Dim. Both are excellent but in somewhat different way of flavour delivery. The Bishop delivers rich & softer notes whiles the Classic is sharper. So for creamy liquids the Bishop is better suited.
@Mebelgiest. As a rule i do not review a RTA or any other product that i don't like or it is "bad" but on occasion i do find some MTL's that over time i find them to be a hassle to use daily for various reasons, like the reverse threading on the Artemis MTL or the vacuum issues on the Expromizer V5 or the complexed & annoying airflow system on the Trio MTL. So here you go i listed 3 MTL's i personally don't like but you might love them.
Wera Hex screw driver 1.3mm if I am not mistaken. Useful to have 1.3 & 1.5mm as both sizes fit most hex screw decks. You can also use allen key provided with the RTA

@@kanone65 indeed on the Sputnik simple round wire is perfect although I do use fused clapton as well especially with fruity liquids but on tobacco there are both equally superb. But on the classic I noticed a difference even on tobacco. Maybe it is only me the best way is to try the different coils for yourself and decide which is better and on what flavour profile
As I have shown in the build & wick section it is important to cut the cotton longer (before you cut fold over ledge to reach white 0ring then cut) when you add liquid you cause the vacuum to release that can cause the one or both cotton ends to pop out from the juice wells if cut to short. Also keep the cotton fluffy and not too thin so they can absorb any excess liquid that seeped down when you open the top cap when adding liquid. A known trick is turn the RTA upside while tightening the top cap that somehow restores the vacuum
I am sure you already know my answer nicolas 😊 just in case…The Kayfun Prime is of course a all rounder near perfect High End MTL and how good the Classic is for a mid budget MTL really cannot compare the two
Better on both James. But more prone to leaks especially when re-filling the tank. There is method to avoid leaks on Classic by blocking the airflow when filling but it is definitely more temperamental then the Ares which is really a issue free RTA.
After a month now, i still have problems refilling this tank, always flooding AND leaking through the airflowholes. It’s a pain in the ass. Flavor is good though. I will study your wicking explicit cause it has to stop. My favorit MTL still is the Kayfun Lite Plus !! Greetings from Belgium.
@Dirk VdH. You are probably cutting the cotton too short follow my method I don’t have any leaking at all just a very good & flavorous vape. The Kayfun lite is a superb MTL enjoy them both😊

@Zsolt Names.They are both excellent in all aspects. The differences are that the Bishop delivers saturated & softer flavours and the Classic delivers sharper & more focused flavour also the bishop is easier to wick & less chances of flooding
@@netvaper i got the classic mtl rta last week and i can confirm the deck, top cap and the ring that holds the deck fit on each other. Been using it for a week with several builds and while i love the tank it has almost no flavour.
@@diogofidalgo2202 nearly all cases of muted flavour is because the cotton is too thick so it does not carry the liquid to the coil as it should. Try racking the cotton ends out a bit and keep the fluffy. The right length of cut is as I have shown in the close-up
@@netvaper Tried it 5 times since you replied. Still tastes muted. I even tried with the lite deck on it (doesnt have those walls), same result. Using the exact same build i use in other mtl/rdl tanks (26g 2.5mm id, 7 wraps spaced). I get amazing flavour on the lite (24g 4mm id, 7 wraps spaced).
@@netvaper after 50 coils got it. Since it uses the same deck as aromamizer lite and the lite uses 4mm id j tried alots more cotton. Made a regular 2.5mm id, fluffy tails and then stuffed a wet ball of cotton in the bottom between both wick holes. Its still wicking damn good and tastes damn good too.
Do you know what i purchased this rta not long after watching this review when it was released and i love my 16mg-18mg high nic good throat hit rta's and the look of this one ticks all the boxes for me but unfortunately no matter what air pins i use, spaced coils and contact coils and iv tried various amounts of cotton in there at first using your method shown in video and even more cotton all proper fluffy etc but for the life of me i cant get it to stop popping e liquid through the mouth piece and iv been building for years but this one just infuriates me but because i love everything about the rta,looks,throat hit etc i put it away for a bit and keep coming back to it until i gwt it right eventually 😂
So sorry to hear your misfortune with the Classic. Try a 3mm ID coil and wick enough cotton that will pass through the coil with a slight resistance then fluff and tuck in by lifting and lowering the cotton end to the juice well so you end up with a sort of mound that should work as the cotton will hold any excess liquid without upward liquid shifting
Cut the cotton below the o ring, it can be longer, and put it below the coil. No leaking with this technique. Don't remove the cotton too much, let it be fluffy. It leaks once in a month.
no way to avoid leaking from the airflow pins, i've tried all the wicking possible ways. another annoying thing, when you fill the glass if you vape very soon after , you will have hot liquid all over your mouth. Amazing flavor , and air flow feel....terrible juice flow and control
@Dan Abbru. Of course there his a way to wick it right so you can fully enjoy the excellent Classic RTA, without any issue as i do. To demonstrate how it is done correctly i recorded my wicking method for a second mini tutorial combined with a tobacco liquid review. @@netvaper followed your wicking steps it worked very well for the first time with no gurgling or leaking, and the flavour is excellent 👌👌. Just the only issue is that i always find something like condensed liquid on the 2 air pins, i feel i put little bit bigger wick than you did, do you think that this is the reason for this issue?
😊 I can relate to that. The wicking method is key to fully enjoy the Classic as it needs lot of cotton to avoid over saturation. Try a 3mm ID coil and insert enough cotton to fully fill the juice wells. When you cut the cotton before you fluff & tuck in make sure the ends reach the bottom of the juice wells then fold in such away that you make a sort of cotton mound. That way the cotton trapped any excess liquid. After a while you will do the wicking right and fully enjoy the sharp flavours it delivers.
I'm so tired of the same old airflow pins for airflow options, I wish there was more in terms of innovation. I'm not so sure there is anything else I just feel like innovation has been so stale. No real reason to buy a new tank any morw

Thank you so much vor your wicking lesson. Tried it 3 times before and it was gurgeling and i was more drinking the juice than vaping it..XD tried your method and it instantly worked!! And yes, the taste is in fact really really good! Almost like the chariot from arcana mods which costs almost 3 times as much. Btw the chariot is a strong recomendation. High end atomizer for a reasonable price. Very intense and detailed flavour, perfect handling and manufacutered super clean. Easy wicking. Seriously everything is great about it. Haha

Just re-wicked but still gurgles and leaks from the two air ports. What density liquid were you using? I'm on 50/50 and maybe that's simply too thin for this tank?
@@tkrotkiewski I use 70Vg for 50/50 you need more cotton and keep them fluffy not folded at the bottom so cut to the right length as I did in the close up

This is my first rta (before i used a tiny pnp rba), and once i washed it properly, replaced white o'rings with black/red ones, sorted out the wicking - it's great. Airflow is smooth and silent, flavour is nice, so is built quality, quite happy with it overall. One thing i think could be done better is having more depth in the juice wells, in theory it should make wicking a bit easier, minimize the possibility of flooding as well as increase juice capacity. Otherwise i can definitely recommend this one, decent mtl/rdl atty.

The ONLY thing that disturbs me a bit for this SC Classic MTL tank is the o-rings, similar "problem" to Glaz Mini yes, which i still use also :)
It takes some time to wash these SC tanks, more parts and more time than any other MTL tank and yes you have to be carefull not to lose any o-rings. I thought that SC would design a tank with less o-rings than Glaz Mini next time, but its seems they didn't.
Between this SC Classic and Bishop, my vote goes to this one, because Bishop has 1 very disturbing issue (in my opinion) which is bottom fill. I really hate the time spent to fill a bottom fill tank. As you said, throat hit is better on SC Classic and i can and will sacrifice the really small difference in flavor that Bishop has, in order to use a top fill tank. Yes, my money will go to SC Classic.

Hi Weverton. Fancy mods😊 I would choose the Taifun GTR. The Classic is very good for the mid budget but the Taifun is high end and on higher league.

Definitely a steeper learning curve with this one quite contrary to f.e. the bishop.
And i hated it for the slight leak through airflow especially.
Just finished my last try with new coil and tons of cotton, carefully modelised to not have it near AF. O-Rings observed, so hopefully...😓
AND when fiilling there is always a lot of liq at the underside of the cap so that it is spilling out when screwing down. Every time wiping..

Well Andrei the bold & Smokey are amazing in fact I just filled with Baffometto by La Tabaccheria you sent me and what flavour!! But I also vaped juice cabin Virginia and tobacco scotch which is a hybrid and it also taste amazing. It is very similar to the pioneer sharp flavour on all flavour spectrum. But I did find that on kanthal round wire the delicate back notes of the flavours where lacking especially on Virginia’s but on a clapton or fused clapton those back notes where back.

Finally you got this! Remember when I mentioned this? Glad this came out before 2022. So, it beats the thc elite pro for flavor? When you say sharp flavor similar to pioneer I remember how good the pioneer was with fruits.
I ordered these: bishop, aromamizer classic, artemis, hastur mini, thc elite pro. Guess who the winner will be and I will give you my opinion when they arrive lol.
Indeed Ali and i must say your list of MTL's are very good choices. As for my opinion you would find out at the end of the month at my best of 2021😊 minus the Artemis that i reviewed in 2020 & the Hastur that i don't have.

Hi Alessandro. I am happy the close up is useful. A bit more fluffy cotton would eliminate any gurgling. Enjoy it. Both the Classic & Pioneer are among my favourites as well.

@AniMAYA. Thanks. Supreme V3 as a MTL well that would be interesting, isn’t it a dual coil deck I suspect you might be able to narrow the airflow down to RDL. Also if you insert lower ohm coils the high wattage on a MTL would surely deliver a strong throat hit. Anyway enjoy messing around with it & looking forward for your feedback

First part of the video you said to use anti clockwise coils. A few minutes later you said to use clockwise coils. I’m ordering this RTA today and want to make sure I get I order the right coils from my favorite coil maker. Thanks
😀 sorry on the confusion Robert. You can use any coil clockwise or anticlockwise, either install the coil legs down or legs up it does not make any difference at all. When you rest the coil legs above the screws you would straight away realise which way is the right way. Enjoy it

Hi, anyone can tell me how I can prevent from flooding on my Bishop mtl rta, iv had it for 2 month and it was all fine, now suddenly it started to flood the deck...I have tried changing the o rings and still the same... many thanks
That is odd Syed. The only explanations is damaged or missing 0 rings, either one of the 2, 0 rings on the base of the deck are missing so air is getting in, or 0 rings that are on the top of chamber where the tank is screwed on. The best way is to check a blowout diagram of the tank or the manual to see where all the 0 rings are meant to be and then you can check every 0 ring on your Bishop.

I have the feeling that it always gives a cooler vape (a not so hot vape) compared with other attys (like the edge for example).
Yes Gabriel it delivers a sharp flavour & somewhat cooler vape like the Pioneer unlike the Bishop or the Edge that deliver a richer softer flavour experience & somewhat warmer vape.
@@netvaper I've noticed that there isn't less flavor in the aromamizer classic, but somehow it give's a cooler vape. That's a different experience! I'm enjoying it a lot so far!
Hi Nathan, i own, at the moment 3 RTA´s. Kayfun X - Dvarw FL - Fev 4.5S+ (and got The Brunhilde and Alberich v1 on the way.)
I really like that the 3 rta´s i got bring out the notes different with the same liquid, almost like having 3 liquids in one, just by swapping the RTA. Everytime one of them gets a new wich i will think to myself..... woooa this is my new favorite rta :) If i were to put one more (just one) :) on my list, could you sugest one that brings something new to the table?

I had a look at the little booklet and it seem they changed it as it shows you have to cut it parallel to the bottom piece that you screw off the tank before pulling the deck out. It is a bit of a mission so I just do it the way you do.

It does @@netvaper , thank you. I have also noticed that you have to fluff the cotton allot. Since I can't get hold of Muji pads and use cotton Bacon, I fluff the cotton as much as possible even before pulling it through the coil and then still try to make it super fluffy. This seems to help big time with flavor.

i got per trade-accident the dram 4 mtl rta and it shocked me the best flavour ivegot so far with net aromas and non organic,till today i thought nothing can touch the gus-chorus rta but the dram 4 is bombastic,my question is if you will make a review the DRAM 4 rta?Its for me by far the best rta in 2021

It certainly is an excellent RTA but as You can see in the close up it is a different style deck so wicking is a bit more tricky but if you get it right it delivers a sharp & defined flavour with a stronger throat hit. You might find the flavour Delivary a bit different to the bishop that delivers a richer fuller spectrum of flavours. The Kayfun lite 2021 would be a worthy upgrade to the bishop but obviously it cost more but worth every penny long term.

I want to ask for your insight. Is this rta's flavor more intense than the bishop's, because I find bishop's flavor not really that intense, everytime i get the feeling that I need more flavor from it.
And since bishop is from your favorites rta's, which is your favorite build in it? I have tried with mtl claptons/fused clapton's, 27 ga kanthal and ni80 at 5 rounds, 2.5mm, I just cant find its sweet spot and I feel I miss something with this rta. I have also watched your wicking video about bishop. Have you tried bishop with regular eliquids, because I dont vape NETs.

Hi Valasios. If you vape mainly other flavours other then tobacco, go for the Classic as it does bring out fruity & dessert flavours very well. Another good option for fruity liquids is the Expromizer V1.4 that i am using it now for my evening fruity vape and the flavour is very intense. I use the Bishop mainly with light NET's like Virginias & hybrids (tobacco with added other flavours) but i know a vaper who only vapes fruity liquids with the Bishop and he also at first complained about the lack of intensity of his vape, so i re-wicked for him and the flavour intensity changed dramatically. The wicking method on the bishop is very easy but what is very important is not to over wick, as the liquid is fed from the top juice flow so you don't need much cotton just a thin strip trimmed flush with the wicking sledges. When you insert a strip of cotton through the coil it should slip through with hardly no resistance, just a slight resistance. Muted flavour on the bishop is nearly always either too thick cotton or wrong coil, reading you coil set up which is perfect so it must be your wicking method. Try the above and let me know.

Hey again. In regards to coils. Did you find the best to be mainly small clapton 28/38 and round 26ga? I'm finding fused dual 30 to be a bit muted. Your 0.8-1ohm choices seem to make the most sense
Yes I did Ali. In addition I discovered that a fused or core clapton coil on the classic somehow improves the flavour over round wire, a fact that does not always apply to some other MTL’s that round wire Kanthal Produce similar flavour perhaps it’s to do with the extra heat in the chamber from a fused coil, not sure
@@netvaper I mean even in general, I don't see you using a dual 30ga fused (0.7 ohms). You either use round wire or a simple clapton (0.8-0.9 ohms). Also spaced coils are really not that good in mtl.

It's is from my KayFun manual for about 10 years ago... Never fill up the tank to the Max. because you need a small part with air inside the tank that can be compressed... The Juice can not be compressed and will spill out somewhere when you put the top filling cap on. Mostly in your juice well and make leaking or gurgling.

Well Nick it is a classic deck flooding symptom. your cotton is too thin and over saturated, as there is no escape for the excess liquid besides flooding the deck and when you inhale you actually sucking the liquid upwards. Keep them thicker and cut the right length by folding over the rim to reach the 0 ring and cut, then insert the cotton fluffy & unfolded as I have demonstrated in the close-up.

No. You can find it on any good on line vendor. it cost £5.99 on naturevape website, it is useful to have.
Compared to bishop for synthetic tobacco no net with some cream or etch which has better flavour ?
@Voras Dim. Both are excellent but in somewhat different way of flavour delivery. The Bishop delivers rich & softer notes whiles the Classic is sharper. So for creamy liquids the Bishop is better suited.

As a rule i do not review a RTA or any other product that i don't like or it is "bad" but on occasion i do find some MTL's that over time i find them to be a hassle to use daily for various reasons, like the reverse threading on the Artemis MTL or the vacuum issues on the Expromizer V5 or the complexed & annoying airflow system on the Trio MTL. So here you go i listed 3 MTL's i personally don't like but you might love them.

Wera Hex screw driver 1.3mm if I am not mistaken. Useful to have 1.3 & 1.5mm as both sizes fit most hex screw decks. You can also use allen key provided with the RTA

@@kanone65 indeed on the Sputnik simple round wire is perfect although I do use fused clapton as well especially with fruity liquids but on tobacco there are both equally superb. But on the classic I noticed a difference even on tobacco. Maybe it is only me the best way is to try the different coils for yourself and decide which is better and on what flavour profile

As I have shown in the build & wick section it is important to cut the cotton longer (before you cut fold over ledge to reach white 0ring then cut) when you add liquid you cause the vacuum to release that can cause the one or both cotton ends to pop out from the juice wells if cut to short. Also keep the cotton fluffy and not too thin so they can absorb any excess liquid that seeped down when you open the top cap when adding liquid. A known trick is turn the RTA upside while tightening the top cap that somehow restores the vacuum

Better on both James. But more prone to leaks especially when re-filling the tank. There is method to avoid leaks on Classic by blocking the airflow when filling but it is definitely more temperamental then the Ares which is really a issue free RTA.

Overall not quite as good as the Bishop but in some aspects very close indeed
After a month now, i still have problems refilling this tank, always flooding AND leaking through the airflowholes. It’s a pain in the ass. Flavor is good though. I will study your wicking explicit cause it has to stop. My favorit MTL still is the Kayfun Lite Plus !! Greetings from Belgium.
@Dirk VdH. You are probably cutting the cotton too short follow my method I don’t have any leaking at all just a very good & flavorous vape. The Kayfun lite is a superb MTL enjoy them both😊

@Zsolt Names.They are both excellent in all aspects. The differences are that the Bishop delivers saturated & softer flavours and the Classic delivers sharper & more focused flavour also the bishop is easier to wick & less chances of flooding

@@netvaper i got the classic mtl rta last week and i can confirm the deck, top cap and the ring that holds the deck fit on each other.
Been using it for a week with several builds and while i love the tank it has almost no flavour.
@@diogofidalgo2202 nearly all cases of muted flavour is because the cotton is too thick so it does not carry the liquid to the coil as it should. Try racking the cotton ends out a bit and keep the fluffy. The right length of cut is as I have shown in the close-up
@@netvaper Tried it 5 times since you replied. Still tastes muted. I even tried with the lite deck on it (doesnt have those walls), same result. Using the exact same build i use in other mtl/rdl tanks (26g 2.5mm id, 7 wraps spaced).
I get amazing flavour on the lite (24g 4mm id, 7 wraps spaced).
@@netvaper after 50 coils got it. Since it uses the same deck as aromamizer lite and the lite uses 4mm id j tried alots more cotton.
Made a regular 2.5mm id, fluffy tails and then stuffed a wet ball of cotton in the bottom between both wick holes. Its still wicking damn good and tastes damn good too.
Do you know what i purchased this rta not long after watching this review when it was released and i love my 16mg-18mg high nic good throat hit rta's and the look of this one ticks all the boxes for me but unfortunately no matter what air pins i use, spaced coils and contact coils and iv tried various amounts of cotton in there at first using your method shown in video and even more cotton all proper fluffy etc but for the life of me i cant get it to stop popping e liquid through the mouth piece and iv been building for years but this one just infuriates me but because i love everything about the rta,looks,throat hit etc i put it away for a bit and keep coming back to it until i gwt it right eventually 😂
So sorry to hear your misfortune with the Classic. Try a 3mm ID coil and wick enough cotton that will pass through the coil with a slight resistance then fluff and tuck in by lifting and lowering the cotton end to the juice well so you end up with a sort of mound that should work as the cotton will hold any excess liquid without upward liquid shifting
Cut the cotton below the o ring, it can be longer, and put it below the coil. No leaking with this technique. Don't remove the cotton too much, let it be fluffy. It leaks once in a month.
no way to avoid leaking from the airflow pins, i've tried all the wicking possible ways. another annoying thing, when you fill the glass if you vape very soon after , you will have hot liquid all over your mouth. Amazing flavor , and air flow feel....terrible juice flow and control
@Dan Abbru. Of course there his a way to wick it right so you can fully enjoy the excellent Classic RTA, without any issue as i do. To demonstrate how it is done correctly i recorded my wicking method for a second mini tutorial combined with a tobacco liquid review. Just the only issue is that i always find something like condensed liquid on the 2 air pins, i feel i put little bit bigger wick than you did, do you think that this is the reason for this issue?

this atomizer is a pain with leaks. Id rather build mesh than this thing.
😊 I can relate to that. The wicking method is key to fully enjoy the Classic as it needs lot of cotton to avoid over saturation. Try a 3mm ID coil and insert enough cotton to fully fill the juice wells. When you cut the cotton before you fluff & tuck in make sure the ends reach the bottom of the juice wells then fold in such away that you make a sort of cotton mound. That way the cotton trapped any excess liquid. After a while you will do the wicking right and fully enjoy the sharp flavours it delivers.
I'm so tired of the same old airflow pins for airflow options, I wish there was more in terms of innovation. I'm not so sure there is anything else I just feel like innovation has been so stale. No real reason to buy a new tank any morw
