Amigo, why don’t you go to the store and look for a black poster board (cartulina?) and cut it to fit the screens instead of using a black fabric when exposing? Also get a piece of MDF wood for weight? Are you close to San Luis ?
Have you tried dipping your screens in a tub of water and letting them sit in there for 1 minute then rinsing the emulsion out? It’s a game changer! I can whipe the emulsion with my hands !
@@Factory928AC haven't tried it. I usually just throw some water at it and wait a few seconds. Rub the screen with my hand than use the spray bottle. I just recently expose a few screens and they all came out perfect. I think I just needed to waited longer for them to dry.

If you only coat the inside, isn't there a danger of the squeegee damaging the emulsion?
