Saitama killed cosmic garou after boros so Boros is weaker than cosmic garou cuz cosmic garou is multi galaxy level while boros is multi planet so Saitama power also increased fight by fight and he is not currently multi galaxy level. So if he fights goku he reaches his level or higher in no time. And he defeated God of opm who is even higher than multiverse cuz his 0.1% or 1% of his power gifted to garou made him multi galaxy level that's why God is even more than multiverse.
