The amount of aspartame in those is so tiny. Research from multiple labs has shown that a moderate amount will have zero impact unless you have a sensitivity. If you do, you will know right away. If you are looking for electrolytes, eat the stuff that has electrolytes in it. Or use whatever you want, I don’t care. This dude is just trying to sell you something.
Water infusing generally is a gimmick. The flavors don't transfer unless you break open the flesh. The only flavors that will transfer are from fruits which peels contain oils.

Fresh or frozen fruit put into a water pitcher (I use an infusion pitcher, you could use reg pitcher & use strainer) this makes low cost, all natural, DELICIOUS tasting water.
Okay so everyone talks about how the artificial flavorings are so bad, but can you explain why? I would love to see a full video explaining all the different artificial sweetners and why they are so bad. Have you done this before?
can you elaborate more on why these sweeteners and colourings are bad? with studies linked. Also when you mention artificial flavours its been proven they aren't harmful and can even be better for the environment the natural flavouring.
Just because something is derived from petroleum doesn't necessarily make it bad. You should be able to synthesize every single compound in all of your foods from petroleum and they will be no different from the 'naturally' derived compounds. What makes a compound bad is toxicity( a low LD50), carcinogenicity, or other scientifically measurable harmful effects on the body. If you can't point to strong evidence of the above, then you're just fear mongering and making money off of it at that.
Unless it’s something he is making money off of, he will say that product is extremely bad for you, then turn around and sell “his” product for an insane amount of money. Those water packets are around $1-$4 a piece so for someone struggling with finances this is the affordable option for them. Who is gonna pay $30 for basically kool-aid lol.
Real fruits in your water is a great addition as well and healthy for you. I agree the taste is weak but it’s better then more sugar. Much love from Hawaii. Aloha

To be fair he doesn't have the benefit of selling at such a massive scale which drives cost per unit down, still very expensive though. However, while this particular short does have a shopping button, he's just advising you to drink water which I think is reasonable.
Fresh or frozen fruit put into a water pitcher (I use an infusion pitcher, you could use reg pitcher & use strainer) this makes low cost, all natural, DELICIOUS tasting water.
How could the government let this Shit go on! Put this shit on our grocery stores! Just unreal! God Bless us all! Goodness!!!😢❤❤❤
Okay so everyone talks about how the artificial flavorings are so bad, but can you explain why? I would love to see a full video explaining all the different artificial sweetners and why they are so bad. Have you done this before?
He can’t because there’s nothing bad about them. Imagine complaining about aspartame when most people drink a 600kcal sugar bomb
Dude it’s called an alternative for a reason. Alternative to something worse. It doesn’t mean it’s the healthiest option
Or just put some fruit slices in.
No don't do that! Fruit may containe natural sugars and pesticides!!
thank you ,I know all this. Just so happy you are educating people.
If you’re not a millionaire or multi-millionaire already, you will be! Great content as always.
Not me eating a hotdog and drinking Diet Coke watching this
I’ve been using an electrolyte mix with stevia and then I add organic lemon juice to it and it make a great lemonade. I use lime to for limeade.
Haha, like Bert Kreischer and his daily gallon of red Kool-Aid... 😂😂😂
can you elaborate more on why these sweeteners and colourings are bad? with studies linked. Also when you mention artificial flavours its been proven they aren't harmful and can even be better for the environment the natural flavouring.
I love water as is. Water and coffee gets me thru most days. And whiskey.
There are healthier alternatives he's not mentioning cuz he wants you to buy his shit
Oh i drink plain water from my fridge now.
I juice my Lemons and put the juice in ice trays. I just add one to my 24 oz bottle of water and enjoy. No additives or added cost
Lmao the GIFs matching your words 💀
I think adults who can’t drink water are so unserious. They’re like two kids inside a raincoat pretending to be adults 😂
No way these brands are coming for the water now 😭
"They aren't buying our soda anymore! Let's make money from making their water "taste better"!!!!"
@@joshtoten the addiction is concerning when you can't even down pure water when thirsty without some artificial flavors
@@azote339 Yup. I learned the hard way. Pure water for me from now on.
@@joshtoten same here, keep crushing it 💪
I love watching your videos I have been eating better since watching your videos
Thank you for telling us about that 😊
Bobby is a walking add at this point
couldn't be me. i am never living my life to "hold on i gotta check the back of this box! 🤓"
Thank you for educating viewers.
Plain water is best
It's alright. Ppl, keep drinking your sugar water and eating junk. Please. It keeps us truck drivers in business. Thanks😁
What I need is a list of all the bad things to take with me everytime I do shopping. It would be so handy.
Real fruits in your water is a great addition as well and healthy for you. I agree the taste is weak but it’s better then more sugar. Much love from Hawaii. Aloha
Dude, on point! Thank you so much for your work, it has tremendously helped our family be so healthy!
My pleasure 🙌🏻
Why not sue the FDA....bring upto the president that's about to move into office. Actually Dr Shaq would be a wise government leader!
Why is aspartame and other chemicals be allowed for human consumption? 😢thank you for what you do
The products he makes that he is mentioning in this video contain erythritol. Erythritol is known to cause cardiovascular issues and stroke. So, it is really up to you whether you want to roll the dice with any of these.
@@MehOMy sorry to burst your bubble but erythritol does not cause that. You might want to do your own research unless you get paid by big pharma to say that.
@@MehOMySo, it’s just basically switching one poison for another. His product isn’t any better, just pricier.
@@MehOMy No it doesn't.
@@joshtoten Do some research.
Awesome content as always Bobby! Thank you!! ❤️
Personally I skip the water step and go right to red 40 sweetened with aspartame
Same
I’m with you Bobby, I just like a glass of clean spring water, nothing else. Boring, maybe…but I love it!
As someone who suffered from migraines for many years I have always stayed away from aspartame and artificial sweeteners.
Turns out it was from gluten, but I still avoid artificial sweeteners.
How about just regular ✨ water ✨ ?😮
Thank u Bobby. People need to read and educate them self on what they put in their bodies.
Your seriously gonna take man titties health advice?! Good luck.
I listen to this wonderful for the knowledge, not the overpriced switch.
How people can find water boring??? It is literally the best drink of all time
Water is sooo goood I used to hate water and rather soda but I don’t drink soda anymore maybe once in a while for a treat but it depends what water you’re drinking you can even do sparkling or vitamin water if you really need a flavor
Bobby, you could never finish listing everything wrong with our grocery aisles. It's the FDA. Change has to come from the top. In Europe, they don't sell this kind of junk in grocery stores because they are banned.
Fudge man, the info this guy gives for free is awesome.
People should do whatever the FK they want to do…
There’s also caffeine free tea. And if you want caffeine free coffee, chicory root is actually really similar in taste without the caffeine.
As someone who has drank coffee her whole life and never wants to give it up.. if I had to, I’d be ok with it. Now that I know I can replace it with chicory root, I’m honestly considering that lol
Man just put a little lemon in the water and boom but honestly I just love water by itself…it’s just damn refreshing
Water TASTES good if you get the right kind. We have local spring water (glacier) and it’s delicious.
Thank you for helping people
I recently subscribed to ur channel. One observation so far.. u explain so very well the bad things in the end u suggest alternatives which go very fast. I have to go back and pause and take screenshot very quickly on the suggested product.
Why super fast on the suggested item..
Skittles water 😭😭😭
So informative! Don't forget the carriers. Maltodextrin - 2x glycemic index of table sugar - in those powder packets. And propylene glycol - a petroleum byproduct - in those liquid drops.
Water of the day is nothing but fancy kool-aid.
Get ‘em Bobby, thanks man
That’s so funny! My wife bought mio lemonade and I was like hmmm, I bet this dude could tell me if it was bad or not.
I appreciate that you offer alternatives after debunking the other ones
Any clarification for why those are "the worst" sweeteners?
Scary name
Well, for me, the horrid aftertaste.
I had a hard time switching from soda to water. Here I am 10 years later and I crave water that tastes like water. I really only drink coffee and water… and I love it.
Great information 👍. What is your opinion on hemp seeds & unsweetened hemp milk?
Do sparkling water and add a good flavor electrolyte. If it’s not tasty enough, just add monk fruit. Killer.
This is the version of him we like. The version who crushes our dreams.
I feel that if you want a water that actually does work for your body. I would get Ultima replenisher for electrolytes and put 1000 mg of vitamin c crystallites in there, a sweet and refreshing drink that gives you a boost!
Buy yourself a soda stream and make yourself a regular sparkling water toss in your favorite fruit (yes you have to cut them, you can't just throw in a whole apple and call it a day). Let it soak for a few minutes in the fridge, and thank me later
To me, there is nothing more delicious than a cold glass of water.
My flavor water that I sometimes put in is ( though not all at once), Ginger, lemon, tart cherry juice, , or different kinds of pieces of fruit or herbs like mint, cilantro, oregano and some vegetables like cucumber ,tomatoes..
Pretty much anything that works that is good for your health.
I grew up with juice and soda. I haven't had either for 4 years, just plain water with some salt and my health is incredibly
How about the sturs? The holistic doctor we see sells these along with almost every Bobby approved item you review. I was just curious on your opinion of them. Thank you in advance.
bro is just scared cuz we all got superpowers from it 😎
Lemon slices & Blueberries or Orange Slices is my go to!
“Their big old Stanley cups” 😂 I think you’re gonna wanna stop doing that 😅
Tell me you don't know what you are talking about, without telling me you don't know what you are talking about.
This guy is probably great at theme parks 😅
I use the true lemon and trike lemon kids water flavors. They are stevia leaf sweetened. What do you think of those?
What about propel electrolytes that don’t turn your water a specific color ?
